REVIEW
WOW!!! The strength I had today was amazing. I set PR's in just about every exercise. Size is starting to come on as well. Pumps/vascularity were great. I can't wait until the 1,4ad kicks in full gear! I switched up my dosing protocol for today (listed below) as I woke up much later than usual. EDIT: If the alpha male had a father, I feel like the father today.

SIDES
Little lethargy, a lot of aggression, elevated body temp.

SUPPLEMENTATION
1g of eq-250 (500mg preWO)
90mg of Trenadrol (60mg preWO)
45mg of Desoxydrol (30mg preWO)

WORKOUT
I will no longer write my warm-ups, but just working sets and pr's (in red).

CHEST
BB Flat Bench Press: 275x6, 275x4.5 (up by 2.5 reps)
Incline DB Press: 100x6, 110x4
Weighted Dips: BW+90x6, BW+100x6
Pec-Deck: 200x6, 200x6

TRICEPS
EZ-Bar Skull Crushers: 115x6, 115x6, 115x6 (up by two sets)
Rope Pulldowns: 200x6, 200x6, 200x6 (up by 2 sets)
 
DAY 16 TUESDAY 8/11/09

REVIEW:
Great strength again today. Set PR's in every lift. Good vascularity and hardness along with nice pumps. Recovery was awesome!

SIDES:
Very bad lethargy today and a lot of aggression.

SUPPLEMENTATION:
1g of EQ-250, 90mg of Trenadrol, 45mg of Desoxydrol, and supporting supps.

WORKOUT:
BACK
Deadlifts: 405x6
Wide and Reverse Grip Lat Pulldowns: 160x6, 160x6, 160x5
Smith Bent-Over Rows: 285x6, 285x6, 285x6
BICEPS

thank you! i get very lethargic while being at home/work, but i'm all right when i'm at the gym (very aggro).

DAY 17 WEDNESDAY 8/12/09

WEIGHT: 201lbs

REVIEW:
Pumps were huge today - so huge it literally took me 10mins to take off my under armour shirt. Strength is up from last week. Lots of vascularity in the delt/arm region today. Set a few more PR's today. I hurt my left forearm again from kicking up the heavy db's for shoulder presses, but nothing detrimental as it is subsiding.

SIDES:
Aggression, little lethargy, minor acne, and somewhat elevated body temp.

SUPPLEMENTATION:
1g EQ-250
90mg Trenadrol
45mg Desoxydrol

DIET:
Diets the same except i'm having another meal in place of a shake.

WORKOUT:
DELTS
DB Shoulder Presses: 100x6, 95x6
Smith Shoulder Press (from front): 195x6, 195x6
BB Upright Rows: 155x6
DB Side Lateral Raises (standing): 50x6, 50x6
FOREARMS
A1. DB Wrist Curls (from side): 45x20, 45x20
A2. BB Wrist Curls (from behind): 95x20, 95x20
TRAPS
A1. DB Shrugs (2sec pause at top of rep): 150x10, 150x10
A2. Smith Shrugs (from behind): 465x10, 465x10

Note* Even though/If i've done the same amount of weight last week, I may highlight some as PR's either because i'm up on reps or sets. e.g. On my DB Side Laterals, I did 50x6 last week for one set, but this week I did them for 50x6 at two sets.
 
DAY 18 THURSDAY 8/13/09

WEIGHT: 201.5lbs (8.5)

REVIEW:
Decided to give my legs a rest as my back is still sore, so I hit arms/calves today. Pumps were huge and vascularity was very noticeable. My wrists started hurting after the cg bench presses, and my right knee was aching during calf raises - thankfully, my wrists and knee feel better now. My elbow is actualy still hurting a fair bit (need to get elbow sleeves/wraps asap). Also, I should have lifted heavier for my biceps.

SIDES:
Mainly lethargy - hard time getting up and out of bed. Body temp is still hot/elevated.

DOSES:
EQ-250: 1g
Trenadrol: 90mg
Desoxydrol: 45mg

WORKOUT:
*Again, I have some of the same weight highlighted in red as a PR bc they are extra sets
BICEPS
EZ-Bar Curls: 125x6, 125x6, 125x6

Hey, great log. Will be running an xtreme cycle similar to this in sept. I have the most aggression from the heat(dont want to piss off the wyfe)so im gonna wait till it cools down here in socal(100 temps suck). The reason im chiming in on this log is that the last cycle i was expierencing the elevated temps as well, well i went and had a panel run and come to find out that estrogen had spiked, despite AI(form topical) but it only stayed up for a week or so then went back down and temps back to normal. Could be coincidence, or... just one experience(i was running 6wks h-drol 150) and your stats are lookin great keep up the werk

when I ran Hdrol at 125mg, I was shutdown pretty bad, and very lethargic...

it's been different each week. the past two weeks were 4-day splits, but this week is a 5 on and 2 off (gave arms an additional day).


mon: chest and triceps
tues: back and biceps
weds : delts, traps, and forearms
thurs - triceps, biceps, and calves
fri - quads and hams
sat/sun - off

Im lookin forward to either M Drol to P Plex, or maybe M Drol to X Tren. I f ckin stocked up big tyme, even if theres not a ban, im covered for the next couple yrs(yes,double bagged and into the freezer w/ the future ph's). I also considering sumthin to stack with the ONE? for a bulk cycle since it seems to turn me into a bottomless pit, but think the M Drol might b too much, and i dont know how close it is to the P Plex in structure( thought it was an epi/phera, but i could b wrong have to check the stickies on that). All i know is im lookin forward to legs on this cycle, they desperately need sum more meat on em,lol. Also gonna run formestane with thius as AI, and a whole host of other ****, but gonna do things a lil different this cycle gonna go just moderate on cycle with the weights and try to just go ape sh t during PCT, and see if i cant even gain a few pounds during PCT, instead of losing(last Hdrol cycle, gained 14, kept 13, not bad)really looking to see 20-28 lbs gained from next cycle.
 
NEED HELP

Last night, my only sibling, my sister, was diagnosed with Glioblastoma (fatal multiforme brain tumor). She was diagnosed at the Gamma Knife Center in San Antonio. After knowing this, my friend and I (Kristen Deluca) - who many of you may know has also lost her mother to the same disease a couple years ago; Kristen and I have teamed up to spread the world and we are trying to fund studies, ie a foundation to find a cure to this nasty disease. There is a lot of emphasis on other cancers such as breast cancer, etc... it just seems like there is not a lot of emphasis on GBM, and it's terrible to watch people suffer from this. I am currently in the middle of my cycle, but will stop it to spend each and everyday with my sister. Now, I am not a very rich man, but I would appreciate any donations to support this cause..AND PRAYERS. I have no one else to ask, except my neighbors and friends and other fam, so I am coming to you guys. Perhaps in return I can send you some supps/ph's, etc... Thank you for reading. And make sure to tell your loved-ones, especially the one's closet to you how much you love them everyday... even if you get into a fight with them. My sister is all I have and it hurts like hell to know she will soon be gone forever.
