HEIGHT: 5'10
WEIGHT: 151
EXPERIENCE: 2 years

I was wondering if anyone knew any good supps/pill supps to take for my bulking that will begin at the end of January.
so if any ideas just plz post your advice of supps

And 2 *** brand protien that I forget the name of

Post any advice of Supps or Mabey a Prohormone that would be ok to take

Well youre already taking protein and bcaa so my advice would be to add multivitamin, fish oil, creatine.

Also weight gainers are pretty good but if you can its better if you get the calories you need from food.

The most important thing is your diet, get enough calories a day from the right foods and 1 or more grams of protein for bodyweight per day.

Only thing you need is food, and rest.


And about the pro hormone? Not a chance, you are years and years away from that.

Eat, sleep, and work hard.
