I am going to run this 8 weeks minimum, probably all the way into my next meet. I will be starting around OCT 1, when i get back from my honeymoon. and will most likely do at least a training log going into it with some supplement notes. Most guys supplement logs contain phrases like "feel fuller" "seem to be getting stronger" after a few weeks but what the hell does any of that really mean. I am going to be putting my weights up. here is what it is going to look like.
Workout days. 2 scoops of JP8, .5-1 scoop of the old NOS Ether pro preworkout, 2-2.5 scoops of the new NOS ether pro postworkout
Non Workout days 4 Ether Tabs upon waking. 2 scoops of NOS Ether Pro in the afternoon.
Every day 1 DTP and 1 DTHC (120 CT) 3x daily.
The only other supp i am going to be taking is 2-3 grams a day of capped Yellow gold, and possibly some 20% banaba i have capped as i am sensitive to carbs but i obviously need them. I am also trying to compete at 242, and currently sit at 255 down from 285. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions with the dosing please let me know. I am open to all suggestions. My training has been good, but I need to keep a tight log when i get back.
