Stats: 6' 224lbs Some lifts for reference: Deads 495 x 4; Squats 465 x 5; Incline bench 315 x 4; db military press 120's x 4

Workout:
mon: legs
tue: arms
wed: shldrs
thurs: back
fri: chest
sat/sun: off (possibly some cardio)

My workout is very similar to "skip's" I believe in one time per week with high intensity and low sets and reps. 9-10 sets 4-6 reps. I will throw in higher reps for certain body parts especially arms and will increase intensity with supersets, drops...etc from time to time. I will do limited cardio maybe once or twice a week.

Supps:
ON whey protein
ON casein protein
USP Jacked pre workout
Multi

Dymethazine dosage/length of cycle:
I will do atleast 6 weeks and listen to my body possible go for a longer run if feeling good and making gains. I personally feel if you can make gains on a longer 8 to 10 week cycle you will have more permanent gains. Wk 1 will be 30mg 1 in am, 1 pre workout (~6pm) Will bump to 45mg in wk 2 unless I feel 30mg will be plenty. 45mg will be 1 in am and 2 pre/workout. Also, I dont feel it necessary to stack anything with this compound looks good to go and would probably just over power anything with it anyhow.

PCT:
Will be done properly no worries there :veryhappy: I will not slack on it just bc the product is not suppose to shut you down. Most important part of cycle. I'll also add creatine in for pct.

Past cycles:
Lets just say I'm experienced and have done the harshest ones out :veryhappy: 5 cycles in the last 5 years.

Goals: 15-20lbs with no added fat. Harden up. Strenght incline bench 405 x 4-6. Incline bench is how I judge my strength gains bc squat and deads have a lot to do with proper tequnique, psyche etc. But will keep you posted on all lifts and I do plan major improvements on all.

Please let me know thoughts and I will keep you guys posted on this. I will start January 26th.

Im going to stick with non-otc pct. 1 box 60 caps around $45. 15mg caps so depends on how much you wanna take. I ordered 3 boxes and will order more if I like. Most logs I've read so far ppl are getting very good results from 30mg some have upped to 45mg I dont think 6 caps per day will be necessary. We will see.

Nice goals, extremely unrealistic though. Those goals are what wet dreams are made of.

Subbed, interested in seeing what this stuff does. Any bloodwork planned?

I agree with Gixxer here too, that's like 100 lbs on your incline 1RM in 6 weeks.
 
my bad on the goals little ridiculous...ha but i'll try....seriously id like to get 405 on incline x 2. and gain atleast 15 pounds
 
From what I understand, Dymethazine is two methasteron molecules bound by two nitrogen atoms. Doesn't it just get cleaved into two superdrol molecules during first pass?

fyi these are the nuts and bolts of my workout i do about 9-10 sets per body part per week that is it. I dont think there is any need to list what i do ie) preacher curls.

Can honestly say when doing my calves felt incredible pumps could barely walk, and wt was a up a bit and did not eat any more than I usually do (which is a lot!)

As far as metabolized it definitely goes thru first pass...metabolized by the liver. As far as its metabolites someone over at Iforce might be able to help.

yeah, I finally got around to reading the write up. They claim that it is not very toxic, but I have to look at the structure to draw some conclusions. Apparently the parent molecule is cleaved into two drostanolone metabolites. I'm not sure if it is 17a methylated or not. If not then their claim probrably holds true. If it is, then I would assume the same toxicity risks as superdrol. It would be very interesting if the metabolites are not methylated because it would indeed decrease the risk of hepatoxicity. I'm going to dig up the molecular structure.
 
we will have to wait an see if it is better. Basically longer acting=less sides bc of the azine bond.
 
Update 1/29/09
Not too much to update today. Felt like **** last night in the gym. Tweaked my neck the day before and really struggled to get through a back workout. I'll get back at it tonight. Post some wts on incline bench and db inclines. Take the weekend off and post a body wt on monday.
 
yeah...almost had multiple heart attacks!....GOO STEELERS!....I'll get a body wt tonight. I like to weigh myself once a week and no more.

wt. update up to 226.5 thats about 3.5lbs since I started, which is an awsome gain! No water weight! Not quite the 5-6lbs alot of guys were reporting, but I got a feeling most of these guys were eating like a crazy because they were "on", and for some reason believe now they should eat more than they normally would. Trust me I always eat alot even when dieting.

You can see my strength has already improved quite nicely since my first leg workout.

I have not experienced any sides thus far. Libido is good. Hair I personally never have a problem with. Gyno none (which is a trouble area for myself). No lethargy.

Overall I've got to say this stuff is treating me quite well. Its still to early but this just may turn out to be my favorite ph so far.
 
Alright, good to here! Sounds pretty promising. How about that game? Pretty crazy. Probably the best Super Bowl that I have ever watched. Took the Ms down to the parade, I thought it was kinda lame to stand out in 20 deg. weather, but she digs that kind of thing.
 
My fiance is exactly the opposite i would of had to tie her up to drag her down there. The game was simply amazing except for the impact on my bp!

I'm 26 and few months ago just did a phera/extreme tren 6 weeker. Gained a lot of strength/wt, but wont touch either again. Other than that haven't touched anything since i was about 21 and can't even remember what PH I took back then. I wasn't very educated about them as I am now. Also, from about the age of 19 to 21 I made 3 "harsh mistakes" but honestly haven't touched anything since I was about 21-22. I'll leave it at that.

Just curious...why wouldnt you touch phera or Tren Xtreme again??
 
They made me feel horrible. I dont like wet compounds or progestins. I wont touch either wet or progestins again I should say.

rj32, I see a definitive increase in strength there. How is your all around well-being .... any anxiety attacks, headaches or stuff like that?
