Stats: 6' 224lbs Some lifts for reference: Deads 495 x 4; Squats 465 x 5; Incline bench 315 x 4; db military press 120's x 4
Workout:
mon: legs
tue: arms
wed: shldrs
thurs: back
fri: chest
sat/sun: off (possibly some cardio)
My workout is very similar to "skip's" I believe in one time per week with high intensity and low sets and reps. 9-10 sets 4-6 reps. I will throw in higher reps for certain body parts especially arms and will increase intensity with supersets, drops...etc from time to time. I will do limited cardio maybe once or twice a week.

ON whey protein
ON casein protein
USP Jacked pre workout

Dymethazine dosage/length of cycle:
I will do atleast 6 weeks and listen to my body possible go for a longer run if feeling good and making gains. I personally feel if you can make gains on a longer 8 to 10 week cycle you will have more permanent gains. Wk 1 will be 30mg 1 in am, 1 pre workout (~6pm) Will bump to 45mg in wk 2 unless I feel 30mg will be plenty. 45mg will be 1 in am and 2 pre/workout. Also, I dont feel it necessary to stack anything with this compound looks good to go and would probably just over power anything with it anyhow.
PCT:
Will be done properly no worries there :veryhappy: I will not slack on it just bc the product is not suppose to shut you down. Most important part of cycle. I'll also add creatine in for pct.
Past cycles:
Lets just say I'm experienced and have done the harshest ones out :veryhappy: 5 cycles in the last 5 years.
Goals: 15-20lbs with no added fat. Harden up. Strenght incline bench 405 x 4-6. Incline bench is how I judge my strength gains bc squat and deads have a lot to do with proper tequnique, psyche etc. But will keep you posted on all lifts and I do plan major improvements on all.
Please let me know thoughts and I will keep you guys posted on this. I will start January 26th.
