Yesterday was my birthday so I looked for jobs and went to the gym hahaha pretty much like any other day. Except a cheat meal after the gym

Then my parents call and wanna take me out to dinner...okay well two cheat meals is fine but then here is the kicker...tomorrow is the super bowl. So I am eating healthy tonight because I wanna eat for the super bowl.
Arms:
V-Bar pushdowns - worked my way up to the whole stack and did 3 working sets with the whole stack. Think it was 7 sets total including warm-ups
Underhand push downs - This time I started at half the stack and one plate at a time moved to the whole stack. Once again I think I hit 6-7 sets on here
One Hand DB Extension - 20's for 20, 25's for 20, 30's for 20, 35's for 15, 40's for 15, 45's for 15, 50's for 12
Cable Curls - I can't remember the weights but I only did half the stack and did about 5 sets there just getting blood into the biceps to warm them
Hammer Curls - stayed light on these...35's. Really focusing on the contraction and didn't count reps just went to failure
Tricep Extension Machine - worked up to the whole stack and did 3 working sets there...once again probably about 7 sets
Bicep Curl Machine - worked up to 3/4 of the stack. Did about 7-8 sets on this. I did not do a full range of motion on these. I stayed contracted the whole time.
I am finding my bicep peak sucks. My arm size is not bad and my triceps are good but my biceps just don't seem to peak. This is why on the last machine I just stayed in that contracted position. Biceps I am trying to figure out how to shape them better so that will be the arm focus for now. About to go hit legs...just realized this is my 8th straight day in the gym and my lower back is bothering me a little today so I am gonna keep it light and just focus on a pump today.
