Cortisol levels are low
Your hdl is horrible i would have it retested.
i would have a urine histamine done to see if you have a metabolism issue or excess from the urine.
compare blood vs urine.

my HDL has always been low, always, even lower in the past. I was thinking to use pantethine to help...

what about my free test and SHBG?

doesn't high histamine mean undermethylation ?

Have to compare blood to urine histamine to comform.
I'd be looking at potentially low cholesterol and your diet
Is it low in FAT? or high in fiber.

Shbg is too high but that means your protein intake is low and possible your fat.

ok I see but I would not do such test as I don't know if it is available in France. I need to check.

I don't eat fat in general except olive oil, and some butter on weekend. Fiber, I don't know, I am eating oats fruits and vegetables but not so much.

Prot are coming from meals and shakers....

I have a lot of flatulence in general, so maybe troubles with degestive. Maybe a problem with pancreas. I am taking digestive enzymes since few days.

Shawn what do you think?

Matrix, I will get an urine test for histamine. It is a 24h take, is this ok?

I hope with this we can identify what is wrong with me...

I cannot spend all day at labs :-)

Spot is fine. first thing in the morning.
Start increasing fats with EV cocconut oil
 
That is a lots of SHBG

SHBG: 44 nmol/l

Trying to break it down with Danazol did not worket with other people.

With that level of SHBG, in order to get resonable FreeT you will need lots of Totaltestosterone.

Using chart, the desired level of FreeT(160-300)
midrange FreeT~230

TT~820
TT~1100
TT~1350

Using table on my post #40

think of 200-230mg/week

on EOD(EveryOtherDaySchedule)
say 210mg/week
each shot=60mg=30units=0.3cc

Sorry I cannot do that. In France, you need a doctor's prescription for that and since it is in the range, my doctor will not consider that it is an issue.

what about using trans-resveratrol and nettle root?

Working with your nutiriton as higher protein and fat diet can lower shbg.
This is why bodybuilders have high Bio T ..
Good total testosterone with low normal SHBG
