My doc put me on 50mg Metropolol and I'm looking past this towards some suggestions in here.
Edit: Just ordered some Carditone and going to give that a go. Will report back.

Finastride works well for my diastolic dropped me 20 points. Systolic is still in the 130s though

I got a teeny bit of congestion at first, then I adapted within a couple weeks.
Well, I have super duper bad allergies, so I'm worried about that particular effect. But I might try it if my BP starts going off the charts.

I mean, there’s nothing wrong with going to an actual doctor if you have a chronic issue that needs managed. I see Carditone more as, “I’m taking anadrol or tren for a bit and need to control things myself temporarily”.

If you have year-round high BP, that’s something that needs attention.
