Blood pressure ranges on cycle

I'm sure this is an individualized scale that varies as to what's healthy from person to person. I'm looking for a general idea of what a safe range is on cycle. I've got a monitor at home so I can keep an eye on it

Safe range on cycle = the same when you’re not. High bp is high bp regardless. Not because you’re on cycle you should be accepting a higher range than off cycle "cause you’re on cycle".
Long term high bp = killer.

i personally wouldn’t ever want mine over 130 but realistically as long as it’s under 140 you’re totally fine. Over that is simply not acceptable long term

If ever your bp spikes up compared to what it is off cycle, make sure your estrogen is controlled and you’re not slowly just gaining a lot of water weight, so anti estrogen if necessarily.

make sure you’re not fat also helps. Doing a cycle relatively lean will help compared to for exemple starting a cycle when you have no visible abs and are above 15% bf (bad idea)

- I would highly recommend to take nattokinase it’s amazing at protecting the heart and also at controlling BP. (Natural supp you can buy on Amazon)

There's no range on cycle, it's just the range. What's healthy off cycle is healthy on cycle. 120/80 is ideal most standards. Mine is usually about 125-130/80 but oddly enough it dosent go up on cycle unless I eat junk and stop cardio

A lot of guys don't realize that high BP over the longhaul is what kills a lot of men, especiallythe over 40 crowd, gear or no gear. In the US alone more then half a million die every year from hypertension related things

I know you didn't ask me but natural options, fish oils, ubiquinol/coq10, most pump product ingredients you see in supplements, l-citurline, beet root extract (dose needs to be fairly high)

People who regularly do long distance low intensity cardio (jogging miles) tend to have lower BP, if you already have high BP don't do high intensity cardio l, at least not extreme high intensity. Sprinting, sparring, tabata ect.

Also, idk how other people feel about this but I check my BP first thing in the morning before any activity. BP changes all day so I want a reading at rest. If it's high at rest or while I'm sleeping then I'm worried

Yup looking for natural options. I didn't know of there were any all in one options for blood pressure and cholesterol. Cycle support stuff

So if your normal is 120/80 and next thing it's 143/89 (random numbers) your not bringing it back to the 120"s on cycle witj natty supps. I'm sure someone has but that's a unicorn

Got it. Just researching to see if it worth taking anything while on cycle. Still measuring risk to rewards.

Yep, I think there's evidence showing it drops bp 2 or 3 points, not a huge amount but it's definitely included in many otc bp supplements

And another thing that helps but won't make a huge impact is low dose daily cailis 5mg or so. Every man over 30 should be taking that in my opinion and it has nothing to do with boners lol
Thanks for including that. As I have been using it for pre workout and had no idea until recent that is good for bp. Problem 5mg each day gives me not stop bowers. Like annoying. Wife finds it even more annoying

Oddly enough, no amount of viagra or cailis I've tried gives me a boner or makes my performance any different. I've never needed it for that reason but I've played around with it before sex and no different. Everything just happens as it always does. I literally take it for the health benifits and in the back of my mind it's a safety net if something went wrong on cycle. I looked into it and apparently there are a lot of non responders and a lot of hyoerresponders

Keep in mind that most of the items mentioned are great to manage the high BP (though natto is great for overall health), but getting to root cause is important. Some of us are more prone to erythrocytosis from exogenous test, which shouldn't be an issue for a blast length of time, but can persist after.

I've never noticed any difference with boners or pumps in the gym the one thing viagra did give me tho oddly enough was the stuffy nose that everyone talks about, so I use cialis and it seems to help especially when tren is in the mix

Grape Seed Extract in general is good for blood pressure, but a lot of people don't understand the differences in certain grape seed extracts. It's a great ingredient overall, but can be standardized specifically for certain constituents and if looking for one that is most specific for blood pressure purposes, MegaNatural BP has great research and studies on it.

As mentioned above, the safe range for blood pressure is the same whether on cycle or not; so be careful with any increases above normal levels.
