Solid answer, thank youSafe range on cycle = the same when you’re not. High bp is high bp regardless. Not because you’re on cycle you should be accepting a higher range than off cycle "cause you’re on cycle".
Long term high bp = killer.
i personally wouldn’t ever want mine over 130 but realistically as long as it’s under 140 you’re totally fine. Over that is simply not acceptable long term

make sure you’re not fat also helps. Doing a cycle relatively lean will help compared to for exemple starting a cycle when you have no visible abs and are above 15% bf (bad idea)

There's no range on cycle, it's just the range. What's healthy off cycle is healthy on cycle. 120/80 is ideal most standards. People who regularly do long distance low intensity cardio (jogging miles) tend to have lower BP, if you already have high BP don't do high intensity cardio l, at least not extreme high intensity. Sprinting, sparring, tabata ect.
Also, idk how other people feel about this but I check my BP first thing in the morning before any activity. BP changes all day so I want a reading at rest. If it's high at rest or while I'm sleeping then I'm worried

Yep, I think there's evidence showing it drops bp 2 or 3 points, not a huge amount but it's definitely included in many otc bp supplements@Smont Isn't grape seed good for bp as well? O think that's what gnc markets it for.

Grape Seed Extract in general is good for blood pressure, but a lot of people don't understand the differences in certain grape seed extracts. It's a great ingredient overall, but can be standardized specifically for certain constituents and if looking for one that is most specific for blood pressure purposes, MegaNatural BP has great research and studies on it.Isn't grape seed good for bp as well?
