Just another quick question to you guys. I was wondering when to take my MVP 365. Should I take it as suggested (breakfast then lunch... About 3 hours apart) or take 2 then the last 2 AFTER my workout (I'm a sprinter)? I was thinking that if I took all four before my workout I would have a big boost in energy, never tried it yet though. But I also heard to take vitamins post workout to help recover. Help!
