Muscle tech Clear Muscle

Anyone have any experience or knowledge on muscle techs clear muscle product ? Currently in week 2 of PCT off an Msten run and looking to add something in. Wondering if it would be beneficial or counter productive.
 
A buddy of mine swears by it for recovery in his cut right now. I haven't used it but I managed to grab 2 bottles very cheap and was going to give it a shot soon.
 
I've tried it and it was ok. If you catch it on sale then I'd maybe run it again but i don't think its worth it. One of my friends loves bio gro and clear muscle stacked but I told him he's throwing money down the drain. haha
 
i tell you back in the day MT (maybe still now so i should be fair) they had some decent products. I remember when Nitro Tech came out, for over 60 bucks at GNC. All the ads, pics and guys wearing lab coats had to be right!

If you train with high frequency and can get it for about $25 per 168 count, go for it.

there is a place that has it on sale, actually buy 1 at full price get the second at 50% off

When I first skimmed over this post I thought Wilson was referring to the Tampa HMB study, haha.

I've used it a few times before, and it really does help during programmed overreaching periods, but I'd wait to get it on a good sale, and save it for when you can really overreach. It isn't really worth it otherwise IMO. I really like it stacked with PA during an overreaching cycle. With that said, I've never tried HMB-CA, so I can't tell you if you could get the same or similar benefits for cheaper based on personal experience.
 
I'm pretty confident in saying it's much more beneficial on a deficit. I used it on my last one and put up PR after PR at lower bodyweights until I got to significantly lower calories. The recovery was awesome while training 5-7 days.
 
If your PCT, clear muscle and Jay cutler King with anabeta elite is what I used it with. I've never ran it by its self.
 
CM is good if you're doing high volume training or are purposefully overreaching on a fairly regular basis. I noticed the biggest improvements in recovery and lack of DOMS after some of the more intense trainin sessions.

So would running at least 20 minutes a minimum of 3 times a week count as overreaching?

Are your times getting slower? If not, you arent overreaching. Thats the general metric I use for quantifying the condition, at least (well, getting weaker anyway).

Id be somewhat dubious of Clear Muscles capacity to significantly impact aerobic ability.
 
The free acid form of HMB has been shown to increase pre and post workout gh and igf-1 levels. While that may not translate to pounds of muscle...I do like the recovery. It allows me to train so hard that when I'm off and keep the same program I get sick. It happened 3 times last year. I like 2g pre workout. Wilson recently recommended all 3 g pre workout..but I find 2g is very effective and I can make it more cost effective
 
yea i usually do 3 pills pre 2 pills for second workout and 1 pill right when i wake up

feel like that would be the best dosing sceam

Probably not, I would imagine. I think it's more geared towards recovery if you're training more days per week than resting and having long intense workouts.
 
How long and intense are the runs & workouts?

About 25 minute runs, which will get longer and longer as my goal is to run at least a half marathon.

For strength training I do a lot of Kettlebell work and Olympic lifts.
 
Again, bout/weekly training volume is about as useful an indicator of overreaching, as scale weight is of body composition.

One mans high volume or wowthatwasintensebro is another mans meh
 
hey guys i usually lift for like 3 hours and then do a second workout later on in the day just wanna make sure im not overreaching
 
I saw clearmuscle for $19.99 at everyone's favorite blue fronted mega store chain of walls, and it was not a mistake. Been there at 19.99 for about 4 months
 
What cap count at that price?

I thought it would be the small one but it was the big boy at my Walmart! I've seen both sizes though, a mistake in shipping I suppose. I did see a smaller bottle on clearance one time though, but never again.

I remember when this stuff released, what was it, $80 bucks? Insane.
