Today was one scoop went higher up low weight for best possible pump will continue this profile as I keep my macros in mine until the end of the cycle probably two weeks left on this container maybe a little longer. So far this stuff has been amazing no complaints at all everything is just perfect I wish there was a way to not build a tolerance to these ingredients if there was I would use this product year-round daily.

Yea that is the bummer of a good product. I have noticed that I am staying sensitive to it for longer than I typically would with most other products though. Big plus.
