Woke up vomiting at 3 a.m. so I won't be working out for the next 2 days somehow I managed to lose eight pounds from the time I went to bed last night till 12 noon today.

Eat something ****ty man? Maybe caught that bug it's short lived though luckily.
 
Turns out it must have just been something I had eaten. It has passed now whatever was wrong I just ate one pound of steak in a burrito wrap it was amazing back on my **** hopefully I can get some big ass muscles in the next few weeks it's been setback after setback and I seriously don't anticipate any more setbacks if I have one more set back I'm going to take a ****ing landmine and sit on it.
 
LOL. This happens to me all the time. I get pumped, set a goal start some new routine or product and something ****'s on it on week 2.

I think the universe doesn't want us to be ripped beasts sometimes.
 
Tonight should be a heavy night go ahead and arms and chest going for Max reps possibly low weight. will update after completed .
 
Yeah, glad I got a lifting partner to put me in my place. He told me one day, why you trying to ego lift. Made me realize before I got hurt
