Overtraining? Nope. Its not even that high volume. There is no reason in the world this should even be close to be overtraining for you.

Are you sure you are eating the correct serving sizes and amounts? Because its seems strange that your measurements increased at first then for some reason you are not responding to higher calories now.

Increasign meal frequency to 7-8 meals really shouldn't much but if you want to try this then by all means go for it. You could try seperating Meal 2 since that seems to be your largest.

Check your PM's...I have some suggestions for you.
 
I am measuring everything out before I eat it, and everything is right on. The only thing I'm not sure about is the brown rice in meal 3. I don't know exactly how many cups 1 cup uncooked should amount to. Some bags its one cup = 4 cups brown rice, others its one cup = 2 cups. That is really the only thing I have been confused about. I will get some measurements tonight, to see how things have gone. I didn't bring my tape home with me, but I will see if my mom or someone has something I can use.
 
What do you mean you don't know how much 1 cup is? 1 Cup = 1 Cup. You take the uncooked rice, fill a measuring cup and cook it.
 
lol well what I mean is, depending on the type or brown rice i get. Instant, short grain, long grain, one cup equals different portions. 1 cup of uncooked instant rice when cooked only makes 2 cups, while short grain cup of uncooked makes 4 cups or rice, and long grain cup of uncooked makes somewhere around 3 1/2 cups. Hence where my confusion set it. :D
 
Ahh....

Don't worry about that. Use your measurements for uncooked. The differences is just the amount of water it absorbs.

And get back to me about that PM I sent. If you want to make those changes I will put it into your plan and send you a new one. You are going to grow even if it kills me....LOL

Some measurements. I worked out triceps about 3 hours ago so the arm measurements might be skewed.

Arms: 17.15
Chest: 46.75
Quads: 27
Calves: 16.9

Gains on the quads and calves, and arms but I'm saying that is to the workout today.
 
This week has been going good, except that I haven't had a day off due to my gym being closed Saturday. I have to cram all 5 days straight through. Today was legs, and it was a great workout. I hadn't gotten to do this one since week 2 was the week I came down with the stomach bug. Anyway, I got the meal plan and will change it saturday/sunday when I head back to up school. Will measure and take pics Saturday, Sunday.
 
OK back home, today is my off day since I have softball. I will start the new meal plan tomorrow, and hopefully can give measurements and pics tonight. I think with the addition to my post-workout this will go alot better. I will weigh today, on a new scale I bought for my house. No more weighing on a semi-legit scale at the gym yay. So from now on these weights will be based off of that.
 
No measurements tonight, and I had to combine my 4th and 5th meals due to unforseen circumstances. But other than that feels good to be home and ready to eat in my kitchen lol.
 
we have take off. I haven't weighed since 2 Thursday's ago, ran the new diet minus that last tweak all last week and so far all this week, minus a couple small changes. +4 pounds. :D I'm ready to roll now bring it on. I should get pics tonight since my gf is coming over.

Still going good, might take day off tomorrow and push by my legs and biceps to friday saturday. Now that I got my brown rice meal worked out I'm rolling. Only thing that sucks is that it takes me about an hour to get that whole meal down lol.

damn it, you jinxed me... I have a wonderful sinus infection... but wait thats not all... I also have some sort of stomach bug AGAIN!!ASLKDSFASF. I havent been able to eat more than 3 glorious meals of crackers, some pb, and I had half a sandwich. I have been able to hold down gatorade though, so I have been trying to mix a couple scoops whey with it for some protein, but my tummy doesnt like that to mucheither. I get to try and drive home tomorrow for Easter. Hopefully Monday I will be feeling well enough stomach wise to start with the diet again. HOPEFULLY!!

I'm so pissed off, I have this scale in my bathroom just laughing at me. :(
 
I was nervous starting this program because I thought I might get sick. Bobo, you need to put that in fine print on the fla page "may come with stomach virus". :D Just kidding.

(and no they arne't training with me!! :D )

this week I was able to get back on track with the diet and working out. It has been a totally horrible week, it's thats time of the year where school work drags me down and keeps me busy 18 hours a day it feels like. I have had to start working out around 6-7AM to be able to get it in. My diet has been around 85% this week, which I feel is a really good accomplishment as hectic this week has been. Next week should be back to normal, so I will get back on track and get some measurements and weight end of next week.
 
I officially ended Bobo's program Saturday April 30th. From the day I started my measurements have all increased. Will post exact numbers and pictures when I get some time this week (probably Thursday after 2 of my finals). I am 4 pounds heavier, but I can now see my obliques and veins/straitions in my shoulder/chest region. It was a great program, if only I wasn't sick for 2 of the weeks and hurt my ankle the last week of it it would have been even better. Overall, I am glad I spent the money and it was put to good use. Thanks Bobo I have gotten compliments in the gym and just around in classes about the added size and lack of bloat. (By compliments I mean things like this "Damn dude you got huge.... What are you on?" Lol I take that as a compliment. Anyway more updates wtih final pics and measurements later this week.
