If I were to run (fasted) in the morning, and strength train in the afternoon, but keep my diet strict and clean, could I potentially gain muscle while burning fat?
Because if you gain muscle, isn't your metabolism higher, so you burn more calories as a result? And if you burn enough calories, can't you lose fat while gaining muscle?
Or could I just take a fat burner while building muscle?
I've read many times that it's impossible to gain muscle while losing fat, but I need to hear it on my own thread to take it into full acknowledgement.
