Muscle builder suggestions?

Very few things work.

Welll if you look at the whole overall picture...more trhings dont work.but dont forget alot of the ppl that claim they dont work may not have good diets and/or training routines. there SUPPLEMENTS,they supplement eeverything u do in and out of the gym.

but I agree ,id say 80% of supps are a waste..80% is a small # with the amount of stuff out there!

Right it gives you the edge...

You are correct most people expect miracles.

Sups can speed up the process of achieving a look if everything else is nail down.

Co-ingesting competitive omega-3 fatty acids, as in XFA, reduces ArA delivery and metabolism. It is effectively using a lower dose of ArA per cap than XF.

Why would a smart guy like William make a great product less effective??

Thanx for answering..:)

Because he's also a smart enough guy to realize that excessive inflammation can cause joint pain and headaches. He'd rather the product be less effective for it's stated goals but have a lower side effect profile, as consumers would be turned off, and this is ultimately a business.
