Oh, I'm not after all the logs I've read - too many people are seeing results to not at least give it a shot. Everybody is improving somewhat. Now could they have made those gains without the epica? Who can say, but if I make noticeable progress in 8wks in the gym, regardless of pill or placebo, I'm happy - I made progress, & that's what adds up. Because consistent progress matters more than anything in the long run, really.

I ran it for 8 weeks and just ordered another 4 week supply. I can tell you that epicatechin is legit for endurance and recomp effect.

Very good to hear this; awesome it's been treating you well. This is what I've more or less been hearing. No big strength increases, but high rep PRs aplenty & people seeming to tighten up some while maintaining or gaining a couple lbs. The pics were fairly noticeable.
