Can the admin's create a multi quote option?

The standard multi quite doesn't function. We tried fixing it but think another hack (1 of about 200) is causing the problem. We were going to just upgrade the board to a new version and use that but upgrading this board with the numerous amounts of custom coding if a royal pain in the ass so it could be some time before that happens.

That and neoborn kept asking and asking and asking so we obviously ignored him..because its neoborn.
