DAY 23: back. murdered yesterdays session but didnt do cardio. my lats are def showin imporovement and got some compliments on how i been changin last few weeks lol people are askin what im on and they not believing its the ultra. funny how people underestimate PH's. people sayin im lookin a lot bigger and wider in shoulder are and arms and shoulder lookin more lean. up 12lbs, sitting at 185 currently but i maxed out last night on wings./ pants are a little tighter in thigh and waste area, maybe a little bloated from last night.
ill pass on ment, been reading its a great stacker but not solo. was thinkin it was like diendione(xtren) but i guess not
