MSTEP hopin on Meth-Sten with ULTRASTEN by IRONFLEX(spon)

Day 22: legs and abs. surprised not sore today, recovering a lot better after leg days.

NOTES:
  • not as hungry as before

  • hair doesnt seem to be thinning but shedding

  • methsten is possibly one of the best strength ph's ive ever taken

  • body hair isnt growing as mush anymore

  • 30mg is phenomenal

  • aggression is increasing. been gettin a little more mad than usual over small things. ex: if ur home all day, do the dam laundry and get the freakin mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (sister)

  • gettin a bit lethargic but no where near SD or even halo. those 2 make me dead all day

I had about the same sides. Except the lethargy got very bad. Ment was the only thing that made it better. It got harder and harder to eat any big meals. Aggression was up but not to bad. Heart burn was pretty bad to. Shedding is hard to say since I'm always shedding any way.

ALCAR works pretty good for on cycle lethargy.. ;)

oh and my rogaine came in today so gonna do a log on it also for the next few months. i picked up kirkland cuz of the price
 
Ments half life is short. Solo cycle youd half to pop ment every 3-6hrs to keep your blood levels consistant
 
DAY 23: back. murdered yesterdays session but didnt do cardio. my lats are def showin imporovement and got some compliments on how i been changin last few weeks lol people are askin what im on and they not believing its the ultra. funny how people underestimate PH's. people sayin im lookin a lot bigger and wider in shoulder are and arms and shoulder lookin more lean. up 12lbs, sitting at 185 currently but i maxed out last night on wings./ pants are a little tighter in thigh and waste area, maybe a little bloated from last night.

It's hard not to notice a 12lb gain on someone in 23 days!! Good work..
 
Day 26: so today is day 26 and its been a great gyno free, muscle and strength gaining experience . i counted all my pills and looks like i have 7 days worth of 20mg. now im debating if i should do 30mg on some day or make the cyclle longer a few and just go 20mg all the way through. ur call lol gonna hit arms tonight

Yesterday: killed abs a tris, great workout all in all and had chinese food which was a big mistake. family was over so we ordered in and i learned my lesson and never goin to great beijing again. best mogolian beef ull ever have and i guarantee it but everything else was just too greasy.

strength was the same but it was just abs and tri's so not much to notice
arms have grown to a very noticeable size
since i started Minoxidil, my hair is thinning and shedding a lot more
think i gained some belly with that food last night so cardio tonight
 
Id just ride the 20mg all the way through. An additional week or few days isnt going to hurt you.
 
Freakin almost ripped my sleeve lol needed help takin it off too. They got stuck on the arm. Wish I measured the arms before the cycle

Day 30: still have some since i started at 10mg for first week. So cycle is almost over and didnt chek scale yet but def can say this has been of the best phs ive used. did back yesterday and tore it up. strange thing has been happening past few days, my finger tips have been gettin numb after my workouts and sometimes throughout the day. went to doctor yesterday and he sayin my blood pressure is a little high and since i take "supplements" to help work out, my pumps are keepin some blood from reaching my finger tips? kinda makes sense since my arm sometimes gets numb at night cuz i keep it under my pillow and head but its just annoyin when i type or write. im basically pumped throughout my day. oh and hair is still shedding and thinning
 
Sounds like poor circulation.. Happens when you have slabs of mushel!

Massaging and foam rolling your shoulders, lats, bis and tris should help some
 
will try the foam rollers. took the weekend off from which was a mistake, drove to michigan for friends engagement and quite a few drinks and had some awesome food, set me back a bit. 3 more days worth of 20mg. i picked up a few bottles and should be comin in today or tomorrow, should i extend cycle or 4 weeks is enough? lol im down 3lbs due to weekend and look pretty bloated. think ill save for next cycle, gonna do a msten/lmg bridge. still wanna see what lmg could do and been havin these bottle sit for awhile
 
You could extend the cycle if you wanted. But, MLMG/Msten sounds awesome too.

My next cycles going to be our m1a/mlmg :)

dam thats real wet(thats what she said). gonna lose some gains no? but now that has me thinkin of adding m1a to kick start lmg since ultra will be towards end

Can't keep 100% of the gains anyways. Glycogen retention isn't what it is off cycle like it is when your on.

I'm going for a bulk anyways lol what's lean gains?
 
Cycle should be almost over?? Would love to see your final review

last day tomorrow and review will be......well we all know lol but my afters arent as happy as i thought they would be, im gonna run another log same dosage after. i coulda done better on diet towards the end and i dont look as good as i did week 3 but still keepin weight
