Msten EpiAndro cycle questions?

I generally like to split them anyway, but I'm thinking the SNS might jump on quicker during this period.
 
No bro. Gear does nothing for CNS. You'll get stronger and your CNS will adjust for it. But push it too much and you'll be more prone to injury. May even lose strength if you push your CNS too much.
Check! I bump for a week or two then lower the volume a bit and it allows for better recovery. I use the CNS instead of punish it. I guess I should have said that the first time.
 
Strength is still trending upward and had a good chest day. I realized today why my bench has dropped off over the last few months, I'm usually the only person in the gym and I can't truly push the top end.
I'm going to switch gyms in the next few weeks, but I don't want to pay two memberships if I don't have to.
I felt a little less tense today inspite of a poor nights sleep, peeing half the night will screw with you.

I got home and the overall pump kicked in with that weird warm feeling.
I bumped the Msten to 20mgs today

Legs late yesterday into chest, shoulders, and tri's this morning.
Chest was intense this morning I started doing flat bench DB's for reps last week and I haven't done them consistently in years and they suck!
Going out town for a few days so the rest will do me good! I'm ready to get back on a normal schedule!

Good luck with that bro. Most hotel fitness centers are just a large closets w/ a couple treadmills and an ancient bowflex. Lol.

I love dumbbell presses. I the exact opposite. I finally did barbell presses for first time in months feel like I tore something. Lol. Think it's time to get back under the bar for me. Change is great!

I used to travel for business and unfortunately I know about the broken down hotel fitness crap! I'm sure the multi machine with the broken pulley and one pink DB let's unsuspecting guests think "oh cool they've got a gym" LOL!!
 
I'm also going to revamp diet Monday and go back CKD, it just treats me better. I've been "carb backloading" and I'm generally bloated more than anything.
 
Dbl, enlighten me on the diff bw carb backloading and CKD.

It looks like both follow very low carb with a high carb day once a week. Why is CKD better?
The way I run CKD is very low, med, VL, med, Monday thru Saturday and then a carb only refeed on Sunday. With backloading you eat all your carbs post workout and low carb on off days. I have been running my backload clean with things like fruits, steel cut oats, potatoes, and well Gatorade and a low fat pop tart on leg days.
 
I'm wondering if there's a way to add Ostarine to any part of this? I was thinking pct, but I'm a little confused about that one because of Osta being suppressive.

one of the guys I have talked to here on the board who seems to have a very good knowledge on Sarms said that a low dose of ostarine at say 12 mgs while taking a serm such as nolva is enough to maintain gains without counteracting the effects nolva has on the hpta
 
Hey it's all good , if your really cautious you couldn ru. Like 5-10 mg of osta . You'll be okay . And if your extra skeptical get bloods done two weeks after pct .
 
I was thinking maybe an overlap into PCT something like 10mgs Osta for the last 3 weeks of the cycle and a taper down into PCT. The Msten and EpiAndro are raising DHT levels and the Osta would raise free Test, if I understand it right.

I've been at 20mg Msten for 7 days and 600mg of EpiAndro for 4 and I feel great!
Had a phenomenal leg day yesterday my squats are coming up and DL low rack pulls were back at 405 and I was able to walk away from it so I'm good!
I'm having no complaints about this at all thus far I was expecting to be a bit harder, but my diet has been off so I can't really complain.
Mood is now awesome, libido is way in check, and energy is great.
I'm hoping 600 on the EpiAndro is the sweet spot I think PP Androhard was 600 or 750 so I don't think I'm over doing it. I'll give the Msten a week or so before considering 30mg.
 
Good lift today! The strength is coming on and feels great!
Chest today and was able to add a few reps on the top end. DB incline and the weight was just light in the hand.
Vascularity is up with the pipes running from the shoulder to the knuckles!
Started with the added recomp cardio at the end, if I don't do it it won't work!!!!!
 
I've been at 20 for almost two weeks, I was thinking about bumping maybe next week or the last two or three weeks. I don't want to jump the gun and start looking for sides, but I'm having zero right now so I am wondering if or when to push the dose?
 
I'll let you know, but I guess I really expected the Msten to hit harder. So many people compare it to Sdrol, but I don't think that's the case. A few more days will let me know I would think, but hell Im on 600mg of EpiAndro and that may be where the strength is coming from?
 
It's hard to say whether it's the EpiAndro or the Msten, I'm filling out some and harder than normal and vascular as I get, but nothing drastic and honestly I've only recomped maybe 2 pounds.
 
I joined a new gym yesterday and it truly makes me feel like I have been working out in a cave for 20 years! This place has equipment that I've only seen pictures of, I finished off chest yesterday with the "Swiss bar" I had no idea! This should take things to a new level!
 
Did a little more research over the weekend and I'm definitely heading for 30mgs today! I found a post that seemed legit in that optimal dosage is 30-40 and at my current weight I think it's time.
Hopefully I can get somebody to show me how to squat with a safety bar today, I've never been able to use one.
 
Look up some vids on YouTube. Haven't used one in years, but they are great with perfecting your form. It helps take some of the lower back out of the equation. In other words, people that make a squat look like a good morning would benefit from a ssb.

FYI - I bumped up my msten to 30 as well...
I googled dosage and I don't know how I missed it, but I feel comfortable with going at 30mgs.
I cut some of the volume out of legs and tried to have fun with it and truly enjoyed my workout.
The safety is cool it seems to fit my form because I like front squats, but I don't like bar placement.
Carb filled I hit the scale about 8lbs heavier than Friday so I'm curious how much I'll keep over the week.
 
Jacked up nights sleep! I take ZMA already and generally sleep okay, but last night sucked and I don't want to start a trend. Any suggestions?
 
Adapting to a new gym is tough!

Tired as crap today and trying to gauge weights this week. Everything feels pretty good except getting used to the new equipment and people.
Low volume heavy weight on chest moved 295 for 2 flat and 245 for 3 on the incline. First time I've had a spot in 2 months so I'll take it!
 
I am holding a lot of water I think? I don't think it's estrogen related, but I'm not 100% sure about that either. I've got exemestane on hand, but I plan on holding out on that if possible. I am under the impression that the Msten is dry, but it may not be as dry as I'm used to.
 
Your natural estrogen may be out of wack brother and if you wanted something milder check out erase it should do the trick for balancing your bodys natural levels

It may be that to. Some times people think that a supplement is going to turn them into a piece of steel right off the bat. You could also try manipulating your carb intake and or upping your water to see if that helps ease the issue. I know with my current cycle I am finding that my BF was a lot higher that I initially thought. Just keep working and pushing forward and you will be good.

Still dosing the bunk ai. Dosing it at 1ml m/w/f. Hoping that its just underdosed and I'm getting something out of the supposed 25mg. Bastards.

At any rate, don't feel like I really need it. No high estro sides. And with my shoulder getting better, kinda want to avoid dropping my estrogen by taking the real ai.

I was wondering about your joints drying out, but if your AI is bunk then who knows. Some parts of the day I think my estrogen may be off and others I think I'm perfect. I just think I'm holding water funny so I thought Monday I'd go low doses EOD and see how it goes. I just don't want to kill my joints because right now they're better than they've been in a long time.

Chest and arms tonight with a pump that was unreal!! I blew up like a freakin toad and if I had seen me I would have said that guys on something!! LOL!
I'm up a few pounds, but kinda puffy I think the AI will pull some water off.
Side note-I don't know if it's the Tudca or the digestive enzyme in the casein but my toilet hates me!!!

Right there with ya! I go to bed and take like a power nap and then then fight it the rest of the night. A lot of mine comes from long days too I'd be tired anyway. I'm just thankful for great blood pressure cause without a stim here and there I'd probably still be sittin in the car snoozing!!
