Check! I bump for a week or two then lower the volume a bit and it allows for better recovery. I use the CNS instead of punish it. I guess I should have said that the first time.No bro. Gear does nothing for CNS. You'll get stronger and your CNS will adjust for it. But push it too much and you'll be more prone to injury. May even lose strength if you push your CNS too much.

The way I run CKD is very low, med, VL, med, Monday thru Saturday and then a carb only refeed on Sunday. With backloading you eat all your carbs post workout and low carb on off days. I have been running my backload clean with things like fruits, steel cut oats, potatoes, and well Gatorade and a low fat pop tart on leg days.Dbl, enlighten me on the diff bw carb backloading and CKD.
It looks like both follow very low carb with a high carb day once a week. Why is CKD better?
one of the guys I have talked to here on the board who seems to have a very good knowledge on Sarms said that a low dose of ostarine at say 12 mgs while taking a serm such as nolva is enough to maintain gains without counteracting the effects nolva has on the hptaI'm wondering if there's a way to add Ostarine to any part of this? I googled dosage and I don't know how I missed it, but I feel comfortable with going at 30mgs.Look up some vids on YouTube. Haven't used one in years, but they are great with perfecting your form. It helps take some of the lower back out of the equation. In other words, people that make a squat look like a good morning would benefit from a ssb.
