Weight seems to have plateaued at 160lb, however strength is increasing slowly but surely, thinking of increasing 4 andro dosage from 440mg to 660mg daily, thoughts?

Keep an eye on bp . Give it a shot. People day 330 ia a good number . Me personally I would do 500 to 660 .
 
If by day 3 you bump up to 660 and feel no different I would just start pct.

Without a heavier test base things get complicated fast .
 
As of now i have enough tudca to finish my cycle but i will have none for pct. should i buy another tudca bottle to use during pct or is it not necessary?
 
I had to use tudca and NAC on pct to get my ast and alt levels back to normal. I did two bloodwork, one after PCT and another 8 weeks after.

Absolutely, When I was 25 I did M1T and sdrol . My skin turned yello and my eyes as well . Very scary .... people also doubt the effectiveness of front-loaded support supps.
 
These past couple of days i have not been hitting calories at all and i weighed myself today at the gym and i actually gained 2 pounds, ill take it! Currently weighing in at 162lb

What is your current daily caloric intake?

What foods are you eating each day?
 
Im eating 12+ tbsp of peanut butter, 6 eggs accompanied with some potatoes, and some meat and rice. I dont know my exact caloric intake but so far weight is steadily increasing, i just want to gain weight faster
 
Why not download MyFitnessPal and track your calorie intake, at least you will know what you are eating, as for weight gain I believe the slower the better anything over a 1lb per week you are more likely to be gaining more fat than muscle
 
1tbsp of olive oil is around 135kcal I always add a couple spoons in my salad for extra cals :) but tracking your macros is the easiest way to stay clean and know you're in the right path!
 
My planned pct dosage will be 50/50/25/25. Everywhere i read says that clomid dosages should start at 150mg and slowly taper down. How does one know when to start at 150mg vs 50mg?
 
The only reason i chose 50mg was because many people report very little to no sides and a successful pct at that dose, why do so many start at 150mg?

150mg of clomid is obsurd! Anyone taking that much must be using liquid research crap. 50mg MAX is all you need for 3-4 weeks.

As for you wanting to gain more weight, even faster.........i DO not suggest this unless you want to pack on the fat that down the road you will struggle with and want to get rid of (been there done that).

Slow and steady weight gain (just like weightloss) is a much smarter approach....just my opinion!
 
just going through some of this and one main issue that you didn't want to focus on that is more important than the amount of PH your taking is your diet. Sorry to say but there is no way you are even close to what you should have been at for a bulk.

eating mcdonalds as a post workout if I hit my macros- your bulking and shouldn't care when you eat it! its a bulk, so bulk. Having a hard time eating, well what was your diet like 1 month before you started, 3 weeks, 2 and then 1? I don't believe you preplanned your diet correctly before starting this cycle.

I completely agree, before this cycle i was no where near hitting a caloric surplus, more like maintenance. Makes me wonder if my strength and weight gain was due to the msten or increase in calories. I still have 2 more weeks so if i can hit 170lb that would be awesome.

always seems to be everyones pitfall. hope you can make the adjustments if not at least you will be ready for the second go of this

At what weight do you think i should have been for a "successful bulk"? I think 170-175 is already pretty good.

absolutely, if you can hit that. what you have now is pretty dam good, but as you mentioned, your struggling now. we have all been there and that last 2 weeks is a b1tich. but you have a good idea going forward or future runs

If you just google clomid dosage, many people say start at 150mg. I also have a book called "anabolics" by William Llewellyn. He also states that general pct protocols have people take clomid at 50mg twice a day

I believe what the book says but what we are trying to say is that you do not need that much for a restart. I've never seen a doctor go above 50 milligrams everyday. Some doctors will go every other day depending on the case. Even in women who use clomiphene citrate for fertility they are still prescribe 50 milligrams everyday. Is the author of that book a doctor?

I agree with the yesteryear part of your statement. But the research shows anything above 50 mg ed is counterproductive. It can actually delay the balancing of the bodies hormones.

Invalid Link Removed what are your guys' thoughts on this? He recommends lowering test dosage as the cycle comes to an end. Ive never heard of this before, most cycles ive seen just have test at 500mg a week and stop completely once pct starts

Really considering pushing this cycle to 8 weeks, im still making strength gains today i squatted 225 for 1 rep and could have easily done two more. At the beginning of this cycle i was squatting 185 for 2-3 reps max
 
I am so thankful to live in a world with so much information available to me at the click of a button, i was experiencing low back fatigue/weakness this entire week and quickly solved the problem by working out my glutes. Thank you google
 
Well it's up to you but you may risk getting gyno... 12.5mg eod would be fine! What base are you running?

Im running 4 andro, the weird thing is im also very lethargic which is a low estrogen symptom i would like more feedback from the other guys following this but yes i agree i dont want gyno lol
