Me too bro! I just don't want to loose any strength so by next cycle I'm peaking for lots mor PR's. I was worried I might **** this pct thing up, but with purus help I'm almost back to full strength again. But am seeing some pr's on some lifts so I'm loven that ****.

Nice PR session for the guns MS! I love Spider curls as well...great contractions for the peakzzz. Monster dip action too bubba. i would deem this PCT a total success right now.

Thanks AZ! I'm feeling better and better about my pct. I realy never thought I could keep making gains after coming off cycle. I was wrong!

As for the Dips, I still remember less than 2 years ago I couldn't do 1 dip with bw, I had to use the mach dips that u add weight too. And I've struggled with my Bi's in that peak range, so a buddy told me to give the spider curls a try. I think its the excercise my arms have been searching for :)

Here's a photo this morning after waking up. Leaned out pretty well considering I eat what I want rite now lol The Swoll-N I'm taking is working its magic pretty well also. Not Bloating! And no retaining unwanted water. Leaning out while strength continues to increase thanks to the work of the D-Pol. So far my pct is a success in my eyes ;)

To be honest I realy wanna gain as much strength and weight as I can cause I've got along cycle next. Want my body fully recovered cause the next one I'm bringing the house down :) well gunna try haha

Haha, No story bro. Just saw in a tatoo book of a sun like godsmacks symbol and went in and asked if the guys ever done one there. Nope, they said its very painful. Sat down and said let's do this. Had to stop 4 times about passing out lol **** hurt there bad.....guess I'm gay haha

I don't think the pain almost making you pass out is gay,maybe the reason you were having the pain!lol,jk bro.when I got my sides done on my ribs,it was terrible,I went thru it nonstop on each side,and did my whole back in 2 sittings.Crazy ish!

Haha lol Yeah man I bet doing ur ribs would hurt like a mofo. At the top of my shoulder on the bone hurt pretty good but I had two chicks with me so I had to act tough lol. Would love to get some work done on back but next its portraits of all 3 of my kiddos

My brother has both arms sleeved, both sides, chest back and leg and says his chest was the worst. Like right in the middle

I'm like Dan as far as tattoos I'm in the process of covering them up with full sleeves! I have a sun on my elbow. One of my favs!
 
That's a sunburst based on Alice in Chains "dirt" album art with a little lizard onto my foot. Not the best detail but also not too shabby considering its 14 years old and covered by my sock most of the time...

Can't go wrong with a sleeve bro, wanna get portraits of all 3 of my kiddos on my left Bicep and maybe other things with meaning sleeving down my arm.

Haha! Yeah that's the truth... honestly, the first time was painless...I was drunk, hence leading to it literally falling out and requiring 2 more trips to get it completed...
