20 min HIIT cardio

Today was shoulders and my shoulders still have pains when i do exercises....they are not as bad as they were...but still hinder me somewhat....hopefully continuing with Super Cissus will help out in the long run
 
Day 18

No Cardio

Today is trunk and legs and it will suck like usual...thats all the update i really need :)
