Didn't feel very strong on my squats today. Probably not enough rest. Still powered through it and was sweating like crazy today so I know I was pushing myself. Weighed in a little bit heavier than usual at 188.9. Probably yesterday's snacks haha.
The weekend went great. The wife surprised me after my dentist appointment on Friday to a game of FootGolf! It was really fun and a workout in itself. Saturday was a family get together and yesterday we walked around at Disneyland and made it home in time for UFC event. .. P.S. don't be me and visit the dentist every 8 years... lol

Great workout today.. Surprisingly that Gnar Pump hit me hard haha. Woke me right up and BA the tingles were intense at my arms. it didn't taste like much. Not good and not bad. Pump was minimal to none. and I didn't feel the yohimbine that is supposedly has. I'll definitely give the tub a shake next time I use it, but it exceeded my expectations as far as energy. Yesterday I hit my macros perfectly! Looks like it is going to be another great diet week. Hopefully! i'll post a pic of the silly gnar pump tub lol.
*PS - The Myth over at RXS already shipped out my Radiate that I placed on Sat. I should be getting that tomorrow ;) Man I am excited for this. I will not start it till July 17th. That is when I start my strict 4 week cut for Cancun & Hawaii.

Solid pull session today. I strayed away a bit from the program on the deads half way through the sets just because I was feeling it. Decided to try and hit my last PR from a few weeks ago and I broke it. :) 340 to 345 lbs today. 365 lbs here I come (this is my pull goal by the end of the 12 weeks and I can almost taste it).
I am really starting to notice body progress. Love handles are starting to mellow out. Still there but i feel they are reducing. I am most likely going to take some pics this weekend as it will be 4 weeks since my last photos. Diet has been key and it's the easiest yet hardest thing to nail at the same time haha.
I am also starting to plan out my cut stack and hopefully start having those set up in the coming weeks.

Got my Radiate last night with some samples. I'll take half a sample as a pick me up this evening... I have some yard cleaning to continue from the week. I haven't mentioned, but I've been doing a little yard work all week for Saturday's event we are hosting at my house. Anyway, today people were taking up the leg press so I decided to not waste time and jump on the squat. My lower back was pretty damn sore so I didn't push myself. After a few sets my lower back pump was too intense. Luckily, a machine freed up and I jumped on that to finish off. A lot of weight reduction this day because I increased my time under tension a bit more. My right "tear drop" muscle felt like it was going to pop! Great session today and my body is screaming for more cals. Yesterday, I was starving so we hit up sushi and I controlled myself. 1 cup of rice and the rest sashimi. Fit everything in my macros with lower carbs ;)

How long did it take for you to notice the DOMS? I am crazy sore in my legs from Tuesday lol
 
It seems to ease out? Or probably just got used to it plus my diet has improved in the last 2 weeks. It was real bad a few weeks ago

I don't get much of the DOMS personally so I can't really say from experience but it certainly seems like most people get somewhat used to it but some do just get achey-er and achey-er as they go ha

I realized I'm coming to my last week of x-gels/alphamax xt :( ... I felt a little crazy today due to that gnar pump. LOL i can't believe it hits hard haha. I warmed up with some machine flyes and then wanted to push myself and practice my bench. new PR for me today, even though i was feeling a bit sore still from tuesday. 210lbs for 1 rep. The whole workout was done with great form. i really focused on it and time under tension. I can already start feeling my muscles getting sore.

I thought i wasn't going to need a deload... but I woke up yesterday wrecked up. I am thankful for this deload. My body needs it. Today was a great workout. It feels good to go and push around easy weight ;). I did throw a few 2 plate work on my compounds in there but to practice strength. It felt like a tad bit more resistance but nowhere near failure. I gained 5 lbs over the weekend LOL! We had a get together over the weekend and it turned into a cheat weekend. This week I'll be lowering my cals by a few hundred particularly carbs.

It's hard not to get intense for deload. I worked up to a sweat and would back off right when I felt lactic acid start on my hams and quads. The sitting calf weight is off because a young lady was using the sitting calf machine so I used 90 lbs DBs on each leg to perform the sitting calf. I finished off the last set on the machine when it was free. I personally hate lunges.. so I decided to do Bulgarian splits to mix it up lol

Yesterday, my diet was really on point. ~500 cal under maintenance. F/C/P 73g / 154g / 196g. I was pretty hungry at night, but it wasn't starvation. Just drank some water and went to bed. Woke up way lighter! 183.4 lbs. The plan today is to hit around the same, but we shall see.. sushi might be involved haha
 
Haha my gf and I smashed 3 rolls the other day.. Was our 3year anniversary so I figured it was necessary
 
Need to convince my gf to do the same for our anny haha
