Mountainman's "Kitchen Sink"

Yesterday was hamstrings and calves and based on how they feel today I may have gone a little too hard.

Nonsense; the MountainMan knows no such limitations! He laughs in the face of pain! It may look like more of a cringe, but trust me, it's just laughter....

Don't know how I missed this but in. Your pct stack looks like mine ha. Just use everything imaginable and something is bound to work right?

Today was delts and lats. Couldn't do any bent over exercises today, hammies were barkin' bad.

Pull Ups to Chin Ups / DB OHP
BW x 5, 5 / 45s x 12
BW x 5, 5 / 45s x 12
BW x 5, 4 / 45s x 12
BW x 5, 4 / 45s x 10

I focused hard on hanging at the top of the "ups", and letting the dumbbells come down far enough to touch my delts, then press right back up and squeezed hard at the top. I really want to get my delts to catch up to the rest of my body.

Skier Pull Downs / Smith Machine High Pulls
*55* x 12 / 95 x 10
*55* x 12 / 95 x 10
*55* x 10 / 95 x 9
*55* x 10 / 95 x 8

Wide Grip Pull Downs / Drop Set Lateral Raises
*160* x 12 / 20s x 5, 15s x 5, 10s x 5
*160* x 12 / 20s x 5, 15s x 5, 10s x 5
*160* x 12 / 20s x 5, 15s x 5, 10s x 5

Again, squeezed hard at the peak of every contraction and held for a second.

Burn outs:

OH Rope Tri Extensions / BB OHP / Incline DB Curls / Chin Ups, no rest
60 x 8 / 95 x 6 / 25s x 6 / BW x 5
60 x 8 / 95 x 6 / 25s x 6 / BW x 5
60 x 8 / 95 x 6 / 25s x 6 / BW x 5

Heart rate is painful at this point. My timing for ending this session is perfect as my daughter had just woken up from nap time. I was able to take a shot right before a shower this afternoon:

That's the plan anyway. Lol!

It looks more like I'm gassy.

Just did the math, 48 pills a day right now on workout days. Yikes.

You've topped my record...barely!

The sad part is, if I add cissus in there, which I may depending on how my knees feel after a few practices, that'll put me at 52. It's like taking a meal sometimes.

Damn "Walking Dead", I just want to get some sleep then I get sucked into that damn addiction. Dammit!

This is how my workout days are:
Pills:
x8 peak beta+
x4 ara
x4 c20
x4 alphamax
x1 clomid
x2 f95
x1 multi
x6 CLA
x1 fish oil
x3 ap
x6 AAv2
x3 accelerant

Powders:
3g GMS, 6g cit mal, 5g creatine, 1sc dpol, 1sc jack3d adv, 1sc flashover, 2sc pumpX3, 8sc metabolic powder.

Kitchen sink is the perfect description for this kind of supplementation ha

Blah, I can't even stomach my multivitamins sometimes.

I'm going to be part of that Black Lion test group so as soon as that starts my pill count will drop dramatically for a short time. Hopefully I don't get the placebo sent to me. :-(

Brundel from Black Lion posted a thread to sign up for testing a compound they have been working on. I signed up. But I could just get the placebo and not the compound. I'm excited but apprehensive about it. Reeeeeeaaaaly hoping I don't get the placebo.

It would be funny if you got the placebo and then posted PR after PR! Mind over matter results. Lol

Hey kids. Totally forgot to post the link for my Follidrone log. That's where I've been for the last week and a half. Check it out if you like.

Another sponsered log before I go back to my kitchen sink.

Time to revive an OLD thread....

It's been a while since I've done any logging but it's time I start again. I have a new "Kitchen Sink", and want to use this thread again to hold myself accountable. The following pictures tell the story of my decline in physique.

The picture with the white shorts was from Dec. of 2015. The red shorts is from This morning, April of 2018. My how the mighty have fallen. From 218 lean to 215... and dad bod..... yikes.

Anyway, I'm going to get back to that first picture, and by June because we have a wedding to go to then, and I want to look GOOD.
My new kitchen sink stack looks like this:

Muscle Gelz Androhard TD Epiandro(in the morning after the shower to get my day started)
Aenteus Labs Hydra 6
True Shred
Vector
Fit-Throid
Anafuse
Glycolog
Youth GH
Vitamin Shoppe Digest Extra (The enzymes, especially the protease worked WONDERS when I was getting to my biggest)
And I'll add Exotherm for when I start to get leaner.

I'll be providing update pics, and will log work outs and food consumption. I need to keep everything accountable. Full body work outs for the first 2 weeks then back to my normal split of P/L/P/L.

Cool, following! I am in a similar spot to you in 2015 and am taking a logging break so I'll read yours perhaps :)

Just like old times, man

You’re not in as bad a spot as you imply. You can definitely make this happen!

That 2015 pic is going to be hard to match, I'll be 40 in Sept.

Going to bust my a$$ though!

I train with a morbidly obese woman who’s down 90lbs over the last year to 195 @ 5’0” at 70 years old. She has 2 fake knees, and a year ago she couldn’t get to or off the ground by herself or raise her arms over her head her shoulders were so jacked.

She recently deadlift 225, 305 from 18in, can snatch a 25lb db with one arm and overhead press ~40lbs. I’ve watched her load a 70lb atlas stone over 3ft and carry 100lbs/hand farmers walks.

You can busy living or get busy dying, ya feel me? Don’t buy into the trap that your best days are behind you.

A full body workout on Monday focusing on the back half of my body, and a focus on the front half last night. If I wasn't trying to get bigger and shredded I would possibly keep doing these.

I'll write type them out when we get slower here in the office.

So I know I said I would write up my workouts when things get slower in the office, but I'm a sales manager for a lumber wholesaler, and now that the weather has finally broken here in New England we've only gotten busier. I've still made time to get to the gym for at least an hour almost everyday but writing in detail is proving to be a little tough. My girlfriend and I managed to get through the 2 weeks of full body workouts, which she loved (and I hated), but now we're back to our modified splits:

P/L/P/L
Chest/Shoulders
Quads/Calves
Back/Shoulders
Hams/Calves

I was toying around with the idea of going back to antagonistic muscle groups, which is where I put down a solid foundation of mass, but realized it was the P/L/P/L split that really got me to my peak, so I'll stick with that.

One thing I forgot to mention is things have changed for me from a medical stand point as well. I officially hit the "Old Guy" stage by being put on my first blood pressure medication. But there's a caveat. When I went in for my physical because of headaches and nose bleeds they said it was high BP. But then it got more interesting. My blood work came back showing kidney issues, which could very well have lead to my high BP. Soooooo.... I have a couple of appointments to hopefully figure out what's going on. If they can figure out what the issue is I may be able to get off the BP meds. Fingers crossed. The main reason I bring this up though is that I need to "take it easy" on my workouts according to my Drs. I think my version of taking it easy may be a little different than theirs though. This also means no PWO's, and no energy drinks... :-(

No pwo or energy drinks? That sucks

Daily cialis at 5-10mg will lower bp some. And make pumps and humps better obviously. Could be something to discuss with doc.

Also bring up maybe starting Drs Best Nattokinase (or whatever brand you please) - this is the otc blood thinner that used to be Warfarin. It helps prevent clots and is great on cycle to keep hematocrit under control, but can be taken year round.

Hawthorn berry extract will raise bp while you adapt to it for a couple weeks, then lower it after that point.
