According to lyle mcdonald, 12-15g protein/hr training and around 30-45 dex/sucrose/hr training. So yeah, if training under 45 min, it's not worth it. Not even eaas are worth it. But for a workout consisting of a heavy + metabolic work I can see this being beneficial.Unless someone is putting in 90+ min of training, I don't see the point.
