motivate review

I was hesitant on posting my opinion of AI's motivate until I had a chance to try it a few times. Me and stims are a weird mix especially pre-wo supps. in the past I've taken something and then the very next day or day following that one, the stim/supp didn't really do the same thing as day one, it's like either my body adjusted to it or my mind was playing tricks on me from the first day.

now, motivate.
day one: good focus, good energy, feeling of not wanting to stop but had to go pick up GF so.....

day two, three and four: focus and energy still the same, which is good because i would have thought they would have decreased by now. the one thing that i think is the greatest benefit of this supp is the feeling of not wanting to leave the gym and keep going. example: today was shoulders...

BB upright rows: 4x8-10
Standing BB military press: 4x8-10
DB laterals (side): 3x8-10
db rear lat raises, standing: 3x8-10
BB shrugs front and rear: 4x10-14
cable side laterals (i know i already did them with DB's): 3x12
DB front laterals: 3x10

cardio: jogged for 1-1/2 miles then walked at a fast pace for 30 more minutes.
now at this point I'm ready to stretch and go to work but i had the same feeling i had for the last couple of days while taking motivate....."i wish i had more time, i could lift a bit longer". but work comes first. let me close with this, i do not owe AI anything and have never and will never write a review in which i will lie, or stretch the truth. honesty is one of my greatest personal features.
