Motiv8er returns From Hell: ( Fvck you left ACL)

So on Sat I did back, it was an older persons wussy gym ( sorry B-50) so the highest the dbs went up to was 50 lbs! I did a lot of pull-ups. I also took two Nutrex Lipo-6 liquid caps and it ruined my workout! I had to stop after back and went home dizzy! It sucked!

Sunday I got back to my house from the gf's ( soon to be ex) and had a nice, pleasant long day in the gym. I also got my NP.com package which had the new supps I needed. Also, some penetrate. I made my new mix and hit it hard. Shoulders and biceps with core and cardio.

Monday I just did 30 minutes of core and 1 hour of cardio. Mod-high intensity. I am going to finish up with chest and tris and start the week over again due to the inactivity of last week, and frustration of having to ditch and burn the old gf.

thank you for all your support guys!

cool beans brother.

Lameee (cartman voice) on the 50 lbs dumbbell gym. I wonder how it thrives when its limited to such a small market with assets like that? Was the area you were in just dominated by the older folk?

Sorry about the gf situation (unless it was your idea to end it). Free man again though :D.

you are setting the bar, high. it's rough coming back from this, it's nice to see someone else dealing with it-and beating it.

I had to train chest and tris tonight. I was stronger than i was able to lift, if that made sense. I am favoring my right side of my body when trying to get heavy dbs in place, I tweaked my back just a little because of it. I need to try and keep everything balanced a little better.

I lifted 3 sets of 12 on flat bench, thats when I did a little something on my back. But that is the biggest weight I have moved in 5 months. So at least I geta lil gold star for a lil back pain!

Did tris and blasted them pretty good. I finished with 30 minutes of high intensity cardio, I was GOOD and sweaty.

The heart is feeling better, and I am glad to be single. :)

I am able to burn over 400 cals in less than 30 minutes on the bike, so my leg strength and endurance is picking up nicely, heLL, I even have a lil calf now.
I busted both quad tendons backin 2001. The stationary bike has been my friend ever sense for rehab, cardio, and keeping flexible.
The title of this thread isnt that I have had to suffer anything worse than any other man, but it was a hell for me. The inactivity, the boredom, and the need to exert myself physically was not in check. And I held on.....
I basically, felt the same way, too. But really, when you’re back to where you were, and I’m pretty sure you will, you’ll be amazed at what you accomplished. I know you will, because you have the right attitude.
In my experience, my body told me when I didn't need the meds anymore, mainly because it interferred with my ability to trust myself in the gym. Its like I needed another small challenge to get off the pain meds. Advil is your friend too. Just watch out for your tummy issues...
That’s what happened to me. My doc was trying to be real cautious with the pain meds, like I was gonna be a addict, but I knew they would interfere with lifting, so I was off as soon as the pain was manageable. Aleve was my close friend for awhile but I don’t need it much anymore.

I’m not sure about the need for the Epi cycle, though. I’m thinking you could still be making gains without it. Do you plateau or something?

Good luck, hope you make it all the way.

Thank you for all your kind words!

The epi cycle was def NOT necessary. That was my own dismorphia kicking in louder than I cared to hear. I was gaining back muscle and strength at great weights, and losing some fat in the process. Doing a light epi cycle had to do way more with my head than body...

I started back on sched yesterday doing back, core, and cardio. I rarely lift more than two days in a row, without taking a day off from lifting.

I did:
3 sets of 10 cgpu
3 sets of 12 single arm bent over rows with 65lbs
3 sets of 10 lat pull downs with 130 lbs
3 sets of 15 machine rows for volume in 110, 130, 160 lb increments

Core 9 sets in between back

30 minutes of mod ints bike and stretching

Today will be 9 sets of core with 45 minutes on the bike and stretching afterwards.

Wazzaaaaa

You tha man Jjohn!! I am getting all kinds of horny for the stack you sent me! I am relying less and less on inflamtion to protect my knee, so I feel I may able to safely throw it in there as a part of PCT to my GENTILE Recomp...

Thanks man!

Thanks man!

I am in the mountains this week and havent been able to lift, I have been doing lots of walking up and down small hills and other difficult treks of beauty. There is a small gym near where I am staying and I am going to see if I cant get in twice while I am up here for pure maintence purposes.

My favorite place to retreat and recreate.

retreat - to treat again
recreate - to create again

Of all the things I do therapeutic these are the most beneficial.

Enjoy!

Thanks B! They are and they are doing me some great stuff. I will be ready to teach the kids again here soon when school starts!

Bring it on!
