On my cardio days I can park my car in front of the gym and leave my satallite radio on and listen to Howard Stern. I am sure some people think I'm crazy when I start busting up while I'm running.

some hip hop: binary star, tribe, mobb deep, nas, immortal technique, blu and exile

some electronic: daft punk, justice

i suggest all the bands above. top notch pissed off hardcore. and all the doods in the bands are solid. theyre all on myspace. not like the **** you might consider punk and hardcore.

i like a derivative of country, the ol' delta blues. my favorite player of that style is a cross of that and bluegrass. they're the ben miller band. when you listen to em', it's that good, hard-workin' music. you almost feel like you're in a chain gang and if you stop pumping, you'll get in trouble. good shlt.

If you're into HC...check them out. I've been trying to get these guys to send me out a demo....but they REFUSE until they're on a label. I would LOVE to rock out to these dudes while putting some work in!

linkin park, red hot chili peppers, brand new, lupe fiasco, green day...sometimes even the beatles will pop up on my iPod:rofl:rock seems to get the job done nicely most of the time. linkin park has some great songs to get me psyched.

Good topic, Mudvayne is always good, drowinging pool, mushroom head, slipknot, disturbed, korn anything loud and rock is always a winner
