most effective protein powder and protein bar?

Would that be Lenny and Larry Muscle brownie? If so, look great but hadn't heard anything about not meeting label claims..

I was told about this guy in my groups lol he has orders from 5 weeks ago unfilled.

A lot of people pressured me to do business lol but the site is enough for now

Where has the spiking been confirmed? Lawsuits is all I've seen. Giant and Inner Armour I'd not be surprused, their products are crap.

The best I've seen so far is ON. I just buy prescription protein. It's much better than anything on thr market

There have been plenty of 3rd party test results posted on various boards. The lawsuits have stemmed from the results but the legal process is slow and must follow steps. Evidence always precedes lawsuits

Yea apparently he makes them himself and sends them out. I only know about him because someone on FB had messeged me asking if I had access to a bomb calorimeter so I can test them. A few people think he is lying about the macros. I guess it's a, "too good to be true" type situation

I'd be up for people to test mine

I had a few diabetics test blood sugar after eating half a batch of my sugar free brownies lol
They ordered more on the spot

I had to stop, even just with local friends I couldn't keep up

prescription protein? I never heard of this

Has anyone seen store brands of protein powder?. I noticed a few years ago that Hannaford store brand, "Healthy Accents" now has a protein powder. Looks terrible and is probably spiked based on the ingredients listed.

I think he is talking about the brand "Prescription Nutrition". He is not actually talking about being prescribed protein by a doctor.

Neither I guess. It's protein my doctor recommends from Thorne research. It tastes good and they have testing.

Still looking for a replacement for Muscle milk, any blends out there that are similar, heavier with casienate? The girlfriend likes the texture of muscle milk as she eats it raw with her yogurt. Whey concentrates and isolates are too thin

You mean she doesn't cook it first, and then put it in her yogurt?. That's weird. Try My Protein Milk Protein Concentrate. It only comes in chocolate but it's affordable and I bet it would mix in with the yogurt well. I know it's not a blend but hey, it'll save you some bucks.

She likes the texture, casein is a little more clumpy. It actually isn't bad the way she eats it I have my daughter eating it the same way, its all about texture, but I feel muscle milk is over priced. It has been trial in error, but I know concentrates and isolates are too thin just by themselves, its like sand

Syntha 6 may be a good replacement that is a bit higher in fats/carbs similar to Muscle Milk. (thickness wise)
I would also consider Xtreme Formulations 2.0 which is a 51/49 split between Casein/WPI and is a bit thicker and one of the better tasting protein products offered on the market.

Have you tried Select protein from PEScience.com ?

It's Milk protein, it shouldn't be too thin.
