Hitting a PR while hungover = 
After workout my wife decided she wanted new shrubs put in front of house. Had to dig 2 huge holes in 88 degree weather. Put down 8 bags of mulch as well.
2 hours later we had a Severe storm with 70+MPH winds, blew my new mulch all over house, pushed my trampoline(with cinder blocks about 20 feet, broke a few planters. We lucked out though the older established part of subdivision lost full size tree limbs, and I saw a wooden playhouse that was demolished.
Notes: Volatile and Endurance helped pick me up from my loooong night
- The pump in my chest and tris was sick!! There was a cop in there working out, and he kept eyeballing me
- Strength is still going up
