I like the double standards, JK, not really.

In a male dominated forum, when one does ask for pictures of the minority of females in the female forum he gets negged to hell.

However, in a female dominated fitness forum I browsed by, there was a thread where a female member posted something similar asking for males to identify themselves and in a joking way she said she wouldn't mind them posting their pics too.

Not a single female complained and they were asking for pics too.

Can it be:

-The male instinct to protect females they know?

-Jumping on the bandwagon after a few familiar members negged him?

Did I cover it or is it more complex?

Either way, I'm just observing and making a comment.

And as for my stance, if female members want to post pics of their figures, by all means, go ahead! no complaints here!!!

Like females don't like showing off their progress like males do....riiight.....:rolleyes: :D
 
well see, its more like, the first thing that comes to mind is...well....pervert....yah know, and especially since its his first post, i personally think its a f*cked up question......its kinda like, if you see two hot girls f*cking its okay, but if you see
two good looking guys f*cking its really f*cked up.......(using it as a metaphor, i have nothing against homosexuals)

Like if a guy tries to pick up a girl with a lame pick-up line such as "Hey, you're hot !" The female will usually laugh and walk away. Now, if a female was at a club or bar and walked up to a guy she thought was hot and fed him that same pickup line, there would be a totally different reaction coming from the guy compared to how the girl reacted towards it...

Not a single female complained and they were asking for pics too.

How about being someone new on the forum and wording your request in a dumb way? I doubt he would have got this reaction from other posters if his request wouldn't have sounded like one coming from someone who ran out of jerking off material, don't you think? :)

bahahaha yeah i know its my second post and that might have come off creepy.. but I have been viewing this forum for months now--just to set the record straight.

Anyways, when I initially posted asking for pictures, i was completely joking and thought there would be some laughs and it would be over.

But obviously my sarcasm wasn't communicated to everyone and for that i apologize. Specially to just93 who was extremely offended.......

I think half the people in here including you are blowing this out of proportion ;) which is fine, I just think we could have dropped this whole thing about 50 posts ago which would have made less "e-drama." I apologized, what else would you like from me?
