I actually spilled over some.

Had a carb meal for breakfast. Nothing crazy just 200g of carbs and trace fats with 30g protein.

Next two meals were lean protein and greens only.

Then had the all out high calorie meal (thanksgiving). I over did it a bit here here. Before I knew it three plates and three dessert were gone. Felt terrible. Sweating. Pale. Slept.

Two more protein and green meals and bed. I didnt train that day and I THINK that's what spilled me over. 10lb swing but I'm back down six of that already.
 
Basically same experience here too! I did lift but a light one at my cousins with his dumbbells he had at home.

Still plugging along here fam.

Last few days have been depletion type workouts. So some full body stuff with no rest and monster sets of 5-6 exercises.

Starting this week is also the first time I've been 0 carb the entire cut. I stopped all my "extra supps" on the 25th besides what I need to winny. 100mg ed.

Clen stopped two days ago. T3 as well. After the carb up i will add t3 back in at a lower dose then taper off.

There are some pics of me from today, flat as Hell, floating around.

Slowly carbed up all day.

Water dropped to 1 gallon today as well.

Last meal down just now. Will send pics to the coach in about thirty minutes and see where we go from here.
 
So I've been loading again today.

Steak eggs sweet rolls
Chicken snickers
Double meat burger and fries

Water has been MINIMAL all day. I'm STILL filling out and tightening up though. Was instructed to eat pizza, cookies and ice cream before my next set of pics.

Alright think it might be time for a new log lol. I won't be updating everyday training but would like to keep giving guys insight into what is going on and what I'm doing.

Nah this was the last set of pics when I peaked yesterday.

From yesterday morning to last night I filled out a ton and MAYBE coud have filled out a little more. After these pics I was given the green light on water since we were pretty damn close prefect, so I had a little over a half gallon with another meal.

The next set of pics looked REALLY good and if I hadn't have had the water I might have been even fuller without spilling over yet.

This morning I looked good though. Not watery or spilled over but not as "clear" since I have re-hydrated. Learned a lot about my body. I know for a fact now that I could have been fuller at my show in 2014 though. I could FEEL the difference.

Now just don't get fat again. If you step on that scale and it says 240 you better get your ass on that cardio!

Yup, just let me know when you need any help. I'm guessing Cam will add carbs back in around your training and pull back the cardio sessions this coming week.

No doubt, on the comments about the last show. Like I told you then you could have come in much more full with some more loading and more fat content with the load. Fats are key and add more volume to a muscle, which a lot of people forget about. Fear is often that the fat will get stored as fat, but that ain't going to happen when you have been depleted. It gets pulled into the mitochondria as a secondary source of ATP.
