Very nice man. I like the ostrich burgers as well. Place is a bit scummy but the food is on point. Great shakes too.

Arms are looking huge Montana! Quite the beast with some of your numbers too. I am gonna look like a little boy next to you next time we lift.
 
I'm still plugging along here. New position at work so I'm not "working" labor wise anymore but I'm in a safety specific role now.

Lots of hours but a more advantageous schedule for the family less advantageous for lifting. I've been waking at 430 to get my lifts in this week so far and I don't enjoy the early morning sessions.

Legs back and chest all down in the morning times. I'm sitting around 230-235 upon waking with some fluff no doubt. Probably 15% bf or so. I've stalled a bit on progress in either direction either gaining or leaning so it's decision time really. Going to make some diet adjustments the next couple weeks and see if I can find a true maintenance and work from there going forward.
 
Well I am sure your family appreciates having you around more! And in turn, you will find your groove with the early morning lifts... Congrats on the new position Montana!
 
I sure can relate! Been training the past week and a half myself for a completely new job. Once everything settles down and you can get a "routine" then it'll all workout! Glad you are able to take on the new position. Safety is a great job, especially when you were a "worker". You can relate where as some safety guys have never "worked" and only know the book side of the job!

It takes a while to get used to the morning lifts, but once you get spoiled to less people in the gym. Enough time goes by & you forget that you can not lift quite as much in the AM as you can in the afternoon. Then you begin to loathe going at night when it is busy.

Eeesh it's been forever!

Same ole stuff happening. Lifting heavy things and such.

Mini cut is in effect. Bulking supps have stopped for a bit and the target is cut some excess fat off the next few weeks. Plugging along!

Leg pressed 765 in a D.C.set. 10-6-4-4-2

Five drop sets - dropping one one plate per side each time

Five sets of split squats

Five sets of Bulgarian split squats

Ten sets of calf raises

So if you are about 5% leaner at the same weight you are holding 10-12 lbs more muscle than last year. Sounds pretty promising. Definitely looking big in that picture.
