Getting much better! Still gotta watch the bouncing. ;) And when you set your legs, push and slide the hammy of the exposed leg(in this vid, your left) against your back leg to get the same effect as what you are doing with your bicep. It helps it fold out a bit and make it look much larger.

Your lat spread has improved immensely! You look like you could flap your lats and take off! Both double bi's are looking more polished as well. I don't really think one is that much better than the other. I would say keep practising both and hit whichever one you feel more comfortable with on stage.
 
maybe record all 8 of your mandatories and your 4 relaxed poses and see if there is anything we can tweak on them as well.

Will do that yeah. My front and back relaxed are awful. I think I look dumb with my arms flared out and with them in I look like I'm just standing there lol.

aaand just got back from blasting out the wheels, an extra leg session inserted this week....time to rest from tennis, got a week off, I will not touch a racquet at all....cal increase slowly but surely, everything remains clean, really loading up with nutrition periworkout these days, something I have always utilized to some extent but gradually taking it above & beyond anything I have ever done
things are good - except I need toothpicks to keep my damn eyes open this morning lol :tired:

Phase three wow I was gone longer than I thought lol. Alls well on my end except for the two surgeries in 9 days which will put me out for around 6 weeks. Only 4 weeks and 1 day to go.
For four weeks out monte you look pretty much exactly where you need to be. Keep up the solid work.

Made it back home today.

We had a free condo down in Galveston for our vacation but they over booked the place and we had to come home a day early. Fine with me though since we had a blast and it seemed like the perfect amount of time away from home without getting annoyed with the kids and such. Got my sessions in down there and all meals went according to plan besides last night I ate my last meal really late.

Got home and unpacked and got back to work. Did shoulders and I think being home brought some extra intensity to the session. Killed it.

Couple videos of posing after my workout.....I had side chest and triceps poses in here too but where the first video stops and old man came out of the shower and I figured I would save you guys that part of the video lol.

Well, I know where the strongman show is. I just don't know if the BB show is at the same place, I don't think it will be though.

you're a little discombobulated in that pose there - what were you trying to do with your legs at the beginning? it's like you went in reverse to what you are supposed to do for leg placement .. also, legs aren't angled back enough and you are not turning at correct angle point in the finished position, so instead of a side view where you waist should disappear, you are more facing the judges straight on and losing all the angles you need to be presenting to them..
keep practicing, stop the slight dipping & bounce, slow things down..smooth transitions, one part of pose flows into next part seamlessly and effortlessly..

bombarded myself with a 5500cal/700g carb day yesterday - inc a 1-hr "free" period last night, but i dint get all cheaty outside of couple bowls of raisin bran (fats were a bit higher than usual tho, couple TBS of almond butter were in the mix as i busted out some rice cakes and smothered them with gooey goodness) .. nice & full, big & lean this morning, good strength for the shoulders/tri session

front BB press, upright BB rows, front & behind-back shrugs (ss), DB laterals for shoulders, followed by skullcrushers, GCBP, tri-focused dips, overhead cable pulleys and burn-out cable pushdowns

I think so we can see the overall look of the poses, you should do a vid showing your legs. With no homo intended, wear some shorter boxers or something of the like, so we can see how your legs are looking in the placement. Also pull the camera back so we can see your arm when you stick it out front. It usually looks different when you can see the whole picture rather than just the upper body and that will make it easier for us to help you out. ;)

Aye. Just got home yesterday so I haven't been able to do that yet. Kids don't wanna see dad in the front room in his underwear lol.
