Montego an Snagency tag-team with FINAFLEX in the corner

Why don't you stop acting like an immature, smug, condescending ******* and explain to me what the going on about. Saying carbohydrates aren't important for muscle building sounds like just retarded bro-science to me but I'm curious to know what you're thinking. Unlike you, I'm a modest, mature guy so I'll admit I might actually learn something. So please, enlighten me. in the meantime - you can go**** yourself. Is that clear enough for you, son? phucking *******
you are going to have ppl scratching their heads WTF and thinking you belong in an insane asylum bro ..

wow man what a blast from the past! lolol

Well you don't need carbs to build muscle.

I think what Snagency is referring too, since I have nfi what's going on, is that when you are low bf your body will use fats (in a high fat low carb diet) for fuel like it would use carbs in the opposite type of diet. The types of fats has a large bearing though. Short chain fatty acids are great to use pre workout for energy's sake. Medium chain are what would be more substituted for carbs such as rice and oats, and long chain fatty acids aren't very optimal at all.

You asked for this. When it sucks, and it's hard, and you don't think you can do it anymore, you asked for this. There's a lot of people behind you big man, enjoy your vacation even with the sacrifice. Couple more weeks, then you get a break.

Couple more weeks and I might be getting ready for another show in August :) meh coach already agreed to prep that one too after his last payment :P

BF% is getting pretty low there buddy. Keep fighting the good fight.

nice lil chest/abs session this morning, was a bit different format
went something like this:

8x flat BB bench (rep range between 8 and 3, weight pyramid up)
5x hammer strength incline press (8/8/8/6/6 reps)
3x cable crossovers ss w/ pec deck (rep range combined was 15-20)
8x ab machine crunches + frog sit-ups

great session, pumped as hell

Closer? Vacation chest: Invalid Link Removed
gettin there
turn farther toward back in beginning of pose (while angling those feet back!) and draw arms in tighter to body, nice & slow very controlled all the while
I want you to feel you OWN that pose, like no one else

so I laid down and had me a lil 45min power nap...mmmmm feel recharged and fresh!
and voila - ala Montana - I awoke to this (you can still the bedsheet imprint on my leg here LOL)

Haha yeah a blast from the past for sure. Good to see those monstrous legs still, nothing's changed there. I can see those 2 Sonic commercial guys doing something like this:
Guy #1- That guy Snagency has such monster legs and an incredible physique
Guy #2- Yeah he just take roids and gets that way without lifting
Guy #1- Nah he takes Finaflex products and Pm's every rep asking for samples
Guy #2- Don't you mean Chef Bob?

Better. Like Snags said though, show the judges your back a bit more at the beginning when you straighten your arm out. And when you straighten your arm out, really extend it out. Like you are throwing a punch/jab. Show that monster tricep flexed HARD to the judges. That's the point of sticking your arm out to start. And do it with conviction! Don't just place it out in front lightly. Then like Snags mentioned slowly pull the arm in tight to the body and keep your head up high. When you do that push down hard on your right arm with your left hand. That will tighten the arm up before you get it into position and help fold the bicep out and make it look bigger.

Having trouble with this. So I don't rotate my body to the side but start off angled a bit more away from the judges?

yep - just slightly accentuate the feet in an angle away from the rest of your body, pointed toward an imaginary rear corner of the stage (cicherillo explains it well, it the full-length walk-thru of all posing tips)
the side-chest only is right here, a pretty basic protocol

then, incorporate what juniorab is talking about with your arm, and put it all together

Btw...you're looking bulky as fûck! Aaaaaaand shredded!

Pics of the gym I went to today. Was drenched with sweat after my session and it wasn't even in the nineties yet.

I love the mix of hex and pro style dumbbells on the same rack and the multi colored equipment upholstery. Tell tale signs of a "I don't give a fuk. Let's just lift sh1t!" kinda gym. lol

Oh, and the broken mirror too. Haha!

Yes sir! Lol. I got there around eight after my cardio and first meal and nobody was even there lol. A guy showed up about thirty minutes later and I asked if anyone was there who worked there and he was like "nah they come in around ten". They just leave the place open twenty four hours. I couldn't pay my daily fee so tomorrow I'll try to get in there a bit later to pay them.

Quick recap of today.

Woke up and knocked out my cardio.

Ate.

Hit the gym.

Ate.

Walked around a flight museum.

Ate.

Walked around the "strand". A long street with shops and such.

Ate.

Rode a six seater bike with four kids for about forty five minutes this was Hell. Quads were screaming so I count this as my second cardio session for the day.

Ate.

Went by some local stores to browse around a bit.

Now I'm eating my carb meal and every inch of my body is cramping up. Great day. Had a blast!

Looks like my gym! It's not quite so rugged and has a lot more equipment but it has the same kinda weightlifting mentality. Members that go there are intense and dedicated. And because the same people are always there, you grow into a family. Good stuff!

These look about the same, let's put them together and call them a pair. I like that. And there's bumper plates too. You should move to Galveston.
