Montego an Snagency tag-team with FINAFLEX in the corner

Rear double Invalid Link Removed

Just for sh1ts and giggles, would you try a couple different set ups for this pose? I just wanna see if it will make a difference in presentation. When you start by pulling your elbows back off the start, it seems a bit off to me.

If you're up to it, try the first time by placing one hand on top of your other out in front of you. Then lift your arms straight above your head while pushing your hands together and tightening up your back. Then bring your elbows down and then hit your double bi. I like to bring my elbows down below my shoulders and then flare my lats out as I bring them back up into position

The other way, try starting with your hands in front of your waist. Bring them straight out to your side(like you're trying to back hand the competitors on either side of you) and flex your upper shoulder and traps, then curl your arms into position.

I just want to see if either one of these ways gives you a bit more of an advantage. ;)

Lat spread Invalid Link Removed

On your lat spread, try keeping your elbows closer to your side when you pull them back, place your thumbs together in the small of your back, push tight into the small of your back and then flare your lats out as you pull your arms around keep your hands press tight against your waist.

Again. Just want to see if it might bring a different element to the pose for you.

Monty, your back seems to have gotten a lot bigger (width & thickness) from, say, 6 months ago. Idk if it's just you leaning out, but it looks considerably bigger.

damn all kinds of activity in heah while I been off playing tennis!
lookit monte go..

quick summary of the match:
dropped first set again (grrr this is gonna start getting into my head in a minute) 2-6..
pretty much dominated second set until I schmucked off 3 of last 4 games after racing out to 5-1 lead, finished 6-4..
then lost third set by default when we got cleared off the court for a scheduled USTA match, trailing at time 1-3
very good match actually, I think most intense and longest rallies I ever played tbh....lots of deuce pts..lasted just short of 3hrs

I'm thinking, with a bit more practice, bringing your arms straight over your head on the double bi will be a nice pose for you. It looks a bit more fluid and graceful to me. And on the lat spread, your lats folds out a lot more when you keep your elbows tighter in the beginning, which makes it look a bit more impressive to me.

What do others think?

agreed - but I liked that second pose on the rear double bi too, think he could pull off either one
the set-up for that first pose was just a tad too long lol..(leery of saying that, else he slips back into turbo pose mode on us) :D

Lol! That actually made me laugh out load in my store. I had a picture of Monty sucking back a double dose of stimul8 and going full humming bird style on his next posing video. Haha!

But yes, it was a bit delayed, but that's to be somewhat expected when I go and throw a curve ball at him and ask him to completely change the way he does that pose. I was afraid the way I wrote it out wouldn't make sense, but he nailed the overhead one very well. On the one where he brings his arms to the side, I'd like to see the arms swing a bit more in a semi circle motion from his waist out to his sides, kind of Arnold style. I'm big on trying to make posing a graceful art form rather than a rigid movement. But I agree, I think with a couple tweaks he could definitely pull either of those double bi's off very nicely!

Nice! They both actually look pretty good to me. The hands above my head pose feels more natural and it widens me out more then what I was doing before. The hands to the side really puts the width of my back out there from the start though. I'll speak on both of them and try to being my arms into a semi circle like you were talking about.

Thank you Junior! Asks of course Snags :)

Both are great! Thank you junior!

No problem, bro. Glad I could help out!

Had to share; you inspired me, Snags.

superbeast turned me onto it. That one's staying in my arsenal. Heat some almond milk, throw it in w/ some instant coffee & you've got that homemade starbucks ridiculousness to yourself.

Try yams with some cinnamon and their cal free marshmallow...

202.8 tis morning after carb meal last night :)

Bumping up the dose on some goodies tomorrow and adding in sine goodies Saturday.

adding in sine goodies Saturday.
I love sine goodies!

looks like me & Montana are sitting roughly in the same ballpark weight-wise, he is couple lbs heavier than me (sitting ~200.5 upon rising this morning)...no doubt too he is a bit leaner
I am actually lamenting a lil bit here this morning: leaning going great, physique is getting hard as nails and veins are getting more profuse daily, and muscular retention is solid and seems to favor slight & slow growth....a lot of ppl would find this place to be a heavenly dream, and I am not exactly sad or discouraged myself lol....

HOWEVER, I lost weight overnight (seems to be a pattern), and this after hitting my 4500cals yesterday and ending up ~485g carbs .. the idea is to gain a little muscle weight in small increments
I am hellbent on keeping fat intake down, but that is more than likely the culprit, considering I have been slowly increasing both cals and carbs and find myself still on the losing end of weight changes

will monitor things closely of course going forward, simply leery of making any huge changes at this time
as for where I stand in final Phase III process: just broke open my last bottle of one of my components, so time is coming to an end soon, ~4 weeks rough ballpark..

Sad sad day. With four weeks left I wouldn't do anything drastic either. Solidify and retain.

Leaving today for my vacation. Gonna hit legs now and maybe a pic or five :)

The gym I was going to use in Galveston is freaking twelve bucks a day for the day pass and the YMCA there doesn't have weights. Sucks.

lol "pic or five" :p ain't that the truth

$12 daily? damn don't they have a 1-week pass rate or something? that's crazy talk

updated sneak peek of a calf - my smaller "normal" shaped calf that was not torn and permanently enlarged :D
splits are coming in nicely, veins nice & bulged - as I said, leaning has been fantastic, you'd think I was on reduced intake and stringently cutting or something, but nowhere close to that really....

Don't most gyms give a free week trial?

Couple vids. Leg training was simple. Banded Smith and decline db leg curls. Not much time today since I'm busy getting ready. Explosive as possible on the squats. Trying to launch off the ground....did a pretty good job. Weight was at 270 + monster bands for these. Eight sets of 10-7 reps

Bouncey bounce :) I'm stimmed out if my gord in these vids btw. Side chest is still rough for me to "get into". My fuking rib cage makes it difficult for my bicep to press against my pec, hence why I lean to the side to try to get around it. BUT! Look at that fuking lat oblique tie in! Weeeeeee

Watch this vid for side chest. I prefer to do the second version where you extend your arm out in front and then pull it into position. Really helps to press your bicep against your chest and have it roll out.

I'll go ahead and say this.....my legs from the front are surprising me. Didn't think they were even near this decent. From the back they lack thickness though.

The videos do a lot more justice to your size/leanness. Your legs look huge, and your torso looks lean as hell.

nice vid juniorab

this is the old standby I use for online purposes, bob does a pretty damn good job, makes it look pretty easy..cool guy too
he goes thru everything here

need some inspiration for your free posing routine?
eventually you will want to tailor things to your own preferences, and accentuate your own choice of posing to your own music..but initially, lotta guys look to someone elses routine to base their own off..
doesn't get much more fluid and entertaining than lee here

Thank you sir. Just wish my hips were normal and I didn't have loose skin.
The wider that back gets the smaller your hips seem brother. Also, I was under the impression when you get down to such a low bf that the loose skin will pretty much disappear (or at least that illusion will be there?)

Are nightsweats more or less seemingly the same, or have they been worse as of late? Water movement is obv something to account for here.

Looking good Monte! Looks like major improvements since you were this lean last time.
I liked the rear double biceps shots with the adjustments. Legs are looking sick!!!

We need nto hook up I have a posing dvd for you to look at.

I don't know if they've increased recently per se - but that is only because they have been so violently horrendous for a bit now anyway....also to the point where I have to switch sides of bed at least once, and sometimes have been 2-3x I've needed to do this -- all, keep in mind, when I am only sleeping for shorter durations to begin with (as little as 2.5hrs one night, most so far has been ~6.5hrs, and I'd say majority of nights have been in 4-5hr timeframe, 4.5 being the most common for some odd reason)..

Found the gym I'll be going to. It's Galveston Hardcore Gym. Kinda like metroflex apparently, and day passes are only five bucks. Score.

Not a bad view for cardio this morning.

Nice! Better than running on a treadmill for sure!

Have a good vaca brother, will get with you when you get back and sweet deal on that gym find!

Why don't you stop acting like an immature, smug, condescending ******* and explain to me what the going on about. Saying carbohydrates aren't important for muscle building sounds like just retarded bro-science to me but I'm curious to know what you're thinking. Unlike you, I'm a modest, mature guy so I'll admit I might actually learn something. So please, enlighten me. in the meantime - you can go**** yourself. Is that clear enough for you, son? phucking *******
