The dark room helped lol. Haven't went tanning yet though. This week has been awful busy. Hopefully I can get in there today.

Going to a higher rep scheme for a couple weeks. The last few weeks have been focusing on heavy lifts to really increase thickness so it's time to change it up a bit.

Tightening continues, and even though my cardio had been sporadic at best, I'm down about twelve lbs the last two and a half weeks to 224ish.

Grind time.

I'm doing LISS three times a week for thirty minutes right now. That's plenty for now

Leg day

Atg squats (gonna test my knees) stayed heavy here
Sets of eight working up to failure ten sets total

Hack squats (feet wide and high, lower all the way to the bottom, press to 3/4 lockout keeping tension on hamstrings)
Five sets of fifteen no warm-up all working sets

Leg press
FST7 30 seconds rest

About sixteen working sets but my legs are jelly. The FST7 leg press was awesome.

Did cable crunches until I cramped up on set four.
 
Hey, some people don't tan so don't feel pressure to do so. Tanning is cool for the daily dose of vit. D but if you are naturally fair skinned, do sweat tanning, just get it sprayed to pacify your fans.

Well I NEED to tan and get some kind of base. That way when I'm sweating on stage the run off of my brush tan won't be so obvious.

Yes, a base tan is nice....
Just exfoliate the sh!t outta ur skin before ur spray tan , no lotions or deodorant , just clean ( golden, lol..) skin n u will b good to go...

So I've wrung out about thirteen lbs of water weight/fat (doubtful any muscle with the cycle I'm on) to this point.

Starting to see my serratus again. Pants are not feeling as snug in the waist anymore but the legs are still tight. Shoulders, biceps and triceps are getting back into proper form with vascularity and striations coming back at all times not just after lifting. (Surprising really since I look and feel flat from the carb reduction over the last few weeks) Upper back and lats are getting more detail as well.

I'd say everything is ahead of schedule compared to the last cut. Not TOO much excess to trim (unlike last time) but still plenty of work to be done. The starting point here did the trick. The mini cut I had over the latter months did wonders and in the long run is going to make this prep much easier then if I had stayed heavy. Thank you Snagency :)
