Felt good to get some work in on legs. A bit wobbly today
 
I am glad I brought my sunglasses into the office today, and i didn't even know they made vanilla yogurt dipped legs...
 
Yesterday was an off day. Today and tomorrow will must likey be off days too. Have a couple meetings I have to go to this week so time is very low and I've got quite a bit of documentation I have to get finished.

Guy from the railroad was taking to me today about supplements (yeah I work for free :) ) and somehow we got side tracked to AAS.
