Montego an Snagency tag-team with FINAFLEX in the corner

Good to hear the leg is recovering nicely. That superset must have been a beast!

legs today...training was short and sweet, knocked it out like champ
felt pretty strong

4x8-12 leg extension ss w/ leg curls
6x15/12/10/8/8/8 BB squats (parallel)
6x8-12 DB RDLs
5x20 BB standing calf raise

on the physique side of things, weight hovering at standstill, and this morning I was a bit bloated
was warned test may do this (I dint really believe it tho)..
this despite diet being on point like the end of a needle
looking big, yet a touch smooth

Oh no worries in this stage a little water is nothing and is easily managed. Can't wait to see the overall results of "Phase II".

Trust me I know how the mind works being sick the last few days I dropped under 200 and it is freaking me a little. Damn Bigorexia... makes us think less of our physique over not much at all. This sudden drop is nothing being able to hold down food won't correct though.

Just remember so long as estro is not out of hand you don't want to crush it to keep a look. The estro will help you get more gains if you can let it be without worries of gyno.

yep, with ya on that
running exem right now 12.5ed .. may adjust, but we'll see what happens here for a bit yet
sorry to hear you been sick, one thing after another eh?

i dont know what kind of carb intake you have right now, but while i was on the test and you had me drop my carbs out totally i wrung out a boat load of water. may help you a little bit to temporarily drop carbs or cycle them a bit. i've noticed its helped more times than just this cycle as an fyi. few years ago on 1.5g of gear my bp shot up and i was a serious water buffalo. cleaned carbs up a lot, cut them down significantly and took care of the water and the bp.

appreciate the input
I don't think it is diet-related -- not really doing anything different than what I have been, carbs are controlled albeit not minimal
just some playing around I got to do, i'll figure things out eventually
it's not like I'm a beached whale or anything LOL, just solidly big and smooth

Omg.......if you lift weights to "burn fat" you're doing it wrong...........

When I hopped on TRT the same thing happened to me. My body became acclimated after a while.

Stay on the plan and don't sweat the small ish. This is going to be fun :-)

Hit some different methods on chest tonight.

Worked up to three sets of six with a pause at the bottom with 295 on flat bench.

Did the same thing with hammer strength incline with 290.

Flat bench twist press
Four sets of 12-15 with 60's

Cable flys
Fst7 100lbs

Stretch pushups
Three sets to failure holding stretch at the bottom for a two count

Strange thing lately......my skin aches.....mostly around my stomach. Hopefully my skin isn't stretching back out.....anyone else ever encounter this?

Well from what I just read a page back.. Phase 2 is going to be very interesting!

Monte...very strange about your skin. Sure you are not a hypochondriac ;)

My (3x20 + 1x40)x6, in 45-60 min.....
And I'm wearing black for my fat's funeral....lol...
Major fat shrinkage.......
Am I doing it wrong???
( looking around , all lost, lol.....)

Some ppl with fibromyalgia , ( do to enlarged Schwann cells) do experience pain all over their skin....

But you lift weights to build muscle. Not to burn fat. RIIIIIIIIIGHT?

lifting weights for cardio and eating pop-tarts to hit my macros.... winning!
Read that other thread and I'm still chuckling. Pop Tarts have egg, flour and fruits - they sound healthy. These fit into your macro plan Snags don't they? SMHS

the things ppl actually think.....mind-boggling
to be fair tho: there is SO much bastardization of nutrition out there..if you do not have trial & error experience to make your own judgments, I guess you could be sucked into believing anything

Yeah, it is a rough year on me... I have a minor pull in an adducting muscle, not the actual adductors but something else much smaller and when step of my bed weird it seems like it slacks then catches or something and feels like my entire goin area jumps. It has gotten better but still enough of an issue I am wary of squatting or heavy deads since a lot of adductor used in those.

You can do both quite effectively if laid out correctly and proper progression is still used. However obviously the main goal of lifting is muscle growth or strength improvement. John Meadows typically does not do cardio he just shortens his rest periods to 30 seconds during prep. Does it with a lot of guys he coaches too. Don't get me to lying regarding the science behind it because everything is conflicting. I am sure that his sound dietary strategies have far more to do with his condition than his exercise regiment.

When I started Reactive Pump last Monday, I did this. Dropped my cardio (for a short break and as conditions have been horrible this winter) and implemented shorter rest periods to see what happens.

Btw +30lbs as of this morning.

Faint ab lines still......

Adding 30 and still having ab lines has to have you feeling good!

How's the skin pain?

I started to spill over a bit the last couple days but yeah overall it's been pretty successful. I've got that snags mentality though......smooth sucks lol

Haven't noticed and skin pain today but I haven't paid much attention either... probably just s passing thing

congrats...i would call that very successful. i think even snags would be pleased with those results!!!

Monty, I think what we're all REALLY wondering, & what nobody seems to be talking about, is when you're gonna give us some more puppydog eyes.
