There are about four spots in the locker room with good lighting. This isn't one of the better ones but it does give that dark scary look that I'm known for :)
 
This is my last pic for a while. Gotta hide now. Or try too :) Big changes on the horizon.

I thought this pic really showed the maturation in my chest, especially upper chest. The veins on my inner pecs are new..yaaaay. Also I trained abs today so they are completely washed out. After training abs they disappear on me so in the future, show time, I won't pump those.

You are a big 215 brother! Looking hard as nails and large as a mofo. Yeah definitely don't pump abs before posing or show time. Kind of like with legs they lose the definition. Everything in this picture is looking beastly, arms are looking good can see the triceps off the side, and your delts are starting to show the results of the hard work you are putting in. Your inner pec definition is just nasty!

+1 on Massive Attack. Love their music. Angel was in the Snatch soundtrack. And Disturbed Girl was in the Matrix soundtrack. Great band/songs. Definitely a different vibe to them!

Don't know who Two Steps from Hell is but I'm going to look them up in a bit. I just know that you're quite sarcastic right along with the rest of us, so wasn't sure if you were serious. I can't really listen to anything that mellow when I lift/train/whateveryouwannacallit. I have nothing against it, it just doesn't get me going like something a lot heavier would. Hell, even when I'm in the car I'm listening to death metal or punk (unless The Cure comes on...).

We'll see how my schedule is this weekend! Man the guitar rifts from Everywhen and Man Next Door are just awesome. I discovered MA in college and loved them. Actually college was when I really expanded my tastes in music.

Um, your traps (at least the exposed one in that pic) grew.

Alrighty!

Today was an off day. The wife took our four year old to the babysitter early so I could sleep in so I got a full eight hours with my G8 last night. Woke up feeling amazing and well rested.

Gotten five meals in so far and all have been solid as per my norm on non training days. I will say that on days where I have zero shakes I wake up the next day feeling much tighter then having a shake before bed.

Tomorrow will be an arm calves and abs day. But tonight will be a full scoop of G8 and ten hours of sleep :)
 
Well JeFit is being stupid and screwed my log from today up.

Workout was like this

Weighted Dips

10 sets of 10 with 70lbs. Super slow tempo here. Wicked pumps.

Standing Dumbbell Curls

10 sets of 10 with 40's. Held the stretch and the contraction a tad longer then normal. Outer bicep was screaming wich is good cause it's a bit under developed.

Reverse grip triceps extension with ez curl attachment on cables.

Four sets of 12 with the whole stack. (150lbs) Tempo changed slightly on last set to allow for all twelve reps.

Weighted cables crunches ss hanging leg raises ss triceps push down

Five sets of 15 with 120lbs, five sets of 20-15 reps, five sets of 12 with 120lbs.

Abs were cramping and triceps were smoked. The push downs let me feel the side triceps pose I've been working on. Held those for an extra two count to ingrain that mind muscle connection.

Great session. Going to get in some extended LISS tonight. Just to spice things up :)

It's never given me problems until the last update. Hopefully they fix it soon
 

Ah. I've had issues for a while on the iPhone 4, but I just got thye 4S yesterday, so maybe that'll change. That is, if I don't keep the old phone as my JeFit device. With Android they don't have to have an update approved before releasing it, so I'm sure they'll fix it ASAP.

Snags recommended i do this. I was having horrible headaches / jaw pain from the pressure during benches, etc.. has worked wonders.

I have been avoiding bench because it was affecting my shoulder. But, when I was at 300 last year I was having crazy headaches only when I benched. I thought it was yohimbe. I wonder if I was wrong...
