continued diet consistency and increased intensity in the training - had to step up my game a bit, should have things accumulating soon and coming together nicely..will be rolling into the new year in pretty damn decent shape, fairly low bf
 
Eleven day progress comparison. Lighting and camera angles are different but I look bigger....and leaner on my bottom abs....and legs don't look as stupid trying to pose....

Just so all you freaks know, I'm gonna log Creatrona over on the Finaflex Forums. Never tried creatine before so I thought I'd give it a shot and log up some results. Just a nice little log, nothin too extensive! I'll post it up tonight.

As for Monty and Snags, this continuous log is classic so far.

Thanks big fella! I'm hunting those Snagency leg veins but they are a very tricky bunch too discover :P

GVT doesn't call for a pause in the hole but the four second negative is just rough. Can hear my knee grind the whole way down.

BWx15 is a roundabout figure for maintenance. It's not going to be applicable to everyone, as all metabolisms are not created equal. If you don't know your maintenance, which I assume Irish does not, it's generally a good place to start. So for a deficit, yes BWx15-250 would be a good place to start. You don't want to subtract too much from the get go, or you won't have anything more to subtract when you level off. Additionally, you don't want to create any metabolic damage.

This is my last pic for a while. Gotta hide now. Or try too :) Big changes on the horizon.

I thought this pic really showed the maturation in my chest, especially upper chest. The veins on my inner pecs are new..yaaaay. Also I trained abs today so they are completely washed out. After training abs they disappear on me so in the future, show time, I won't pump those.
