Now that is what I am talking about. Presentation is a massive part of the game. Night and day difference brother!!!

Whattup FREAKS!

Off training day today so I decided to do a little fasted cardio.

Woke up and popped all my staples along with PX-500 and walked down to the apartments fitness room about thirty minutes later. I never go in there, as I normally do my LISS outdoors before bed, but today I wanted some incline so I used one of the treadmills they had.

Now most people would consider my 25 minute session LISS but because of the shin pumps it was total HIIT for me lol. Twenty five minutes on a decent incline with a brisk pace then the walk there and back totaled around thirty minutes. Nice way to start this beautiful day.

Oh I know all about that :) That's my go too "night out" mix bit I normally prefer PX Black instead. I live everything with that mix lol.

Sounds great and I was starting to wonder if the thread had been corrupted. 100 posts per day then boom nothing until 11:00 AM. I looked and thought this can't be right...

I hate shin pumps, have had them so bad I couldn't walk. Was about 3/4 of a mile from my office when that happened, took me over 30 minutes to get back.

They were getting rough man. The incline makes my cardio sessions get kick started quicker, since I try to not run as much as possible, but it's Hell on the shins.

The PX-500 worked wonders as normal though. Haven't taken it fasted in a long time and forgot how powerful it actually is. Working up a GOOD sweat in such a short amount of time kinda caught me off guard.

The last time I was saturated with that combo you have going on..same thing happened to me - every friggin run and at times it felt like I blew out my calf as well.

I remember someone else doing the G8 prior to the workout as well. They seemed to like it. Bottom line if you intention is to sleep you will but G8 wont knock you out if you don't want to sleep. I would take it right before the workout so the intended GH pulse was timed to enhance the pulse you get from the training about 30 minutes in. Remember the GH response is not really "after" so to speak it is after lactic acid is build up, that doesn't take until the end of your workout. You could theoretically amplify that release with the spike inducing products. This was also a big practice with Ghenerate which was a spray but in my opinion not quite as good as G8.

indeed, and i said G8 with stim!!! you know those endorphins you release when doing 30 minites or longer cardio? well with this combo[G8+stim]that endorphin release hits you much sooner...very nice euphoric feeling. i get a tingling goosebump type thing going on, love it!!!

Ok talked me into it :D

So is this the new thing to mix G8 with a pre w/o? I was always scared to take a product like G8 cause I have to get up with my kids at different times. I would of never a thought to mix it with a pre, when ones a stimulant and the other relaxes you.

Not condoning this at all. It has been tried and some have enjoyed it. So be careful whatever you decide to do.

indeed, being careful should be a prerequisite for whatever you might choose to endeavor....

G8 works very well.... if I remember it relaxed and calmed my mind, didn't necessarily knock me out

That shot 'from a distance' really shows how big you have gotten, everywhere.. helluva job Montana.

Oh no doubt I've put on some stupid size this year. That will happen when you have the testosterone levels of an 18 year old :) more of what I'm focusing on now is weekly progress. I suppose the changes were SO drastic over the last two months that my expectations aren't really attainable. Small changes over the next five weeks will add up I'm sure.

I wish I knew what that was like!
