The challenge has been set.

Battle lines have been drawn.

Myself and Snagency are coming together to bring you a dual Log with some "friendly" competition.

Were going to build the ULTIMATE FREAK with FINAFLEX and let everyone watch step by step as it unfurls. There will be noods. There will be food porn. There will be old man jokes, and I'm sure there will be puppy dog eyes eventually.

Choose your horse! But choose wisely!

After initial pics are uploaded everyone following must choose their horse. I realize I'm the under dog here so I'm sure that will motivate me even more.
 
What's the goals?

Reaching each of our extreme genetic potential.

I.E. I have naturally wide hips so that cant take points away since its genetic and can't be overcome.

Snagency has a non existent smile. That can't take points away (unless I decide otherwise later) because it's genetic and can't be overcome :)
 
And why on earth would you want to weigh 320?

So! Currently I'm in a pre-pre-contest cut. Slowly working my way down to low single %bf.

Carb cycling with six meals a day at the moment. Meals are timed 2.5-3 hours apart throughout the day. Every meal is the same macro split besides post workout meal that contains an extra 65ish grams or carbs and my intra workout BCAA+SAA now has 25g of WMS added in. No crazy carb backloading or anything like that taking place here gents. Just good ole fashion stuff thats worked for years.

Current supps -

Max Pump - 4 Uncapped with Pre-Workout on training days and 4 capped before bed on non training days
Stimul8 - Leg Days and Chest days
Crea-Trona - Mixed with Stimul8 on training days
IGNITE2 - Shoulder and Back days as well as Arm days
G8 - 30 minutes before bed with a 5 on 2 off cycle
Active Multi - Every morning upon rising
BCAA+SAA - Intra-Workout as well as post workout and immediately upon rising
ALC+CLA - 2 caps with First, Third and Fifth meals
PX-500 - 1 cap twice daily. One 45 minutes after third meal and one f45 minutes after fifth meal.
Protein - Normally Syntrax Matrix 5.0 or iForce Protean

Training style currently is GVT. Split looks like this

Chest/Back Thickness
Incline BB Press 10x10 ss with Reverse Grip BB Rows 10x10 90 seconds rest
Incline DB Flys 3x12-15 ss with DB Rows 3x12-15 90 seconds rest

Legs
Squats 10x10 ss with Seated Leg Curls 10x10 90 seconds rest
Calf Press on Leg Press 4x15-20 ss with Hanging Leg Raises 4-15-20 60 seconds rest

Shoulders/Back Width
DB Lateral Raises 10x10 ss with Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns 10x10 90 seconds rest
DB Bent Over Reverse Fly 3x12-15 ss with Cable Straight Arm Pushdown 3x12-15 60 seconds rest

Biceps/Triceps
DB Curls 10x10 ss with French Press 10x10 90 seconds rest
Preacher Curl 3x12-15 ss with Reverse Grip Cable Triceps Extension 3x12-15

alas, Montego is in a very nice zone right now, been mauling his training and perfecting his regimen over these past few months, as I've watched from afar and admired his dedication and attentive stick-to-it-iveness....he is well on his way to achieving his goals

as for me -- yeah, ima just try to keep up :D
currently in my offseason, but this dude has me pushing to be the best I can be as well - i'm all jealous of his veins, tryin to dial mine back in as we speak hehehe..no noods for me right now, I been in hiding, but we all know snags does not play the hide-n-seek game well for long..

I don't mean to be the spoiler, but I'm pretty sure you're both gonna win. Pitting two dudes with that much determination against one another is sure to produce some amazing results. Although Steve's vast knowledge of diet and caloric manipulation as it applies to specific body composition changes will be a very difficult hurdle for Montana to overcome, I think his pure and unadulterated desire to win will keep him on pace. This will be interesting to follow. Good luck to both of you!

Ah ha! But you see Steve is also structuring my diet as well. Unless he sabotages me I'm not too far behind :) I know he wants to see me kick ass as much as I want to so I'm not worried about that though lol.

The REAL kicker here is how often his Hover Round battery goes dead and he can't make it to go train or hit up the Early Bird Special at the local IHOP.

just completed some DC training today, chest/shoulders/triceps/back work..
currently running a hybrid strength/hypertrophy mix of my own design, nothing really set in stone as I enjoy just doing whatever tickles my fancy on a given day and whatever I feel I need at the given moment..
that said, I will be in DC structure for next 2 weeks

dietary considerations are somewhat in flux as well, have been rolling with ~4800-4900 cals on training days, in a 400c/600p/90f macro split roughly (all clean with exception of strategic simple sugars postWO and WMS pre & intraWO), and dropping to ~4300-4400 cals on rest days
considering a slight modification on this, as I really prefer to be lean in my off-season (all yr round in fact) .. weight has been maintaining well ~212 upon waking, slow and controlled lean bulk/recomp going on as I get leaner and add slight mass while continuously dropping bodyfat -- but, anyone who knows my imfamous impatience on "slow changes" (and my utter dislike of "losing" in a competition) will of course figure out that if Montana and his lean diet start pulling ahead of me too far, I will make the changes needed to keep him within my striking distance :p

the overall goal for me tho is not to be show-shape ripped as it is with my friend here, and I have to tread carefully in my endeavors with the long-term goals in mind..

but -- this gonna be fun

even though you have done plenty to maximize shoulders and lats, you are going to have to do even more to get symetry....

don't feel lonely, this is something i have been working on for years!!! i am curious to see how well you do at overcoming this.

even though you have done plenty to maximize shoulders and lats, you are going to have to do even more to get symetry....

don't feel lonely, this is something i have been working on for years!!! i am curious to see how well you do at overcoming this.

Shoulder development is just natural honestly.

Lat width I have indeed worked on a lot to try and make up for my wider hips and transition into a bit more of a taper.

Also legs have been getting extra attention since they were a glaring weakness. They have progressed nicely in such a short time but need quite a bit more work to help even more with the "X frame" I'm trying to get.

Triceps need more meat too.

I only really started to think about competing this last year. Had this been in my mind some time ago my approach would have been very different and I would be much more rounded.

For all intents and purposes I think this will most likely be extensive. I'm wanting to peak in about six weeks then start lean bulking until it's time for contest cut.

Btw I will be FLOODING this thread with pics. I'm not gonna make it easy on ole Snagency so the assault begins NOW.
