6oz 96% beef + 5oz chunk white tuna, salsa, and pasta with light sauce
~575cals, 60g carbs/11g fat

the pasta you see is this stuff here, a vegetable pasta blend by Ronzoni (carrot, tomato and spinach)
I usually steer clear of anything that says "enriched", but these things are pretty damn tasty esp if you get a nice sauce to top them with - I used a tomato cheese sauce from Ragu, in limited fashion

tennis went very well, straight sets W for me 6-4 6-3 .... my serve was sharp, and I was painting lines like a champ
the knee felt pretty damn good actually, still a bit swollen and not quite 100% -- I'd say ~85% tho, flexibility is not quite all there yet and explosiveness on that leg was lacking - but all-in-all not too shabby considering
gonna ice it for awhile tonight just in case, and we'll see how it is on the flip

funny story: okay so in all modesty here, trust me when I tell you pretty much not a day goes by without someone commenting on my build in some fashion or another (serious, no joke...it's rather amusing actually) ..... well, I heard a new one today, as I got down to the tennis courts that are near the park - guy was walking his dog, older gentleman, and as he passes me he says "boy I bet you don't have to worry about anyone kicking sand in your face when you go to the beach, do you?" .... I almost fell out laffing, that was funny stuff and original to my ears lol

Freaking fun workout with MrKleen73 today. 95 degree garage with high rep monster sets. Probably sweat out a gallon or two of water lol. Great pump and the heat had me extra vascular.

My routine after the session. Gonna work on my timing a bit and it'll be all finished. Try to ignore my gum smacking and funny faces. Was Stimul8ed a bit lol.

if I'm critiquing, I'd like to see you slow everything down a lil bit at the beginning, moreso like you did toward middle & end when you got to your back/rear pose..if you can do that without blowing up your timing on everything else, I think it would look a lot more controlled and confident

pretty nice tho, overall...you are exposing the good points of your build nicely

and remember: the free-pose routine means absolutely nothing in the voting, your placing will be determined at morning show in how you perform your mandatories....just something to keep in mind, so you don't skew the importance of things..
so - make sure you got dem mandatories down!!!

Yeah I try to remember to keep slow at the start but I get carried away to hit that "sorry I tuned out there for a moment mark" and get the twisting double in.

Yeah the mandatory shots are working hard to. Keeping low to show the ham hanging on side tricep and chest. Keeping legs cocked and tensed during rear shots.

in other news: WOW what a final at Wimbledon, even if I don't like the end result..
couldn't ask for a better match to watch, both those guys played their asses off

hopefully, my knee will be all g2g by tomorrow, as I will have the first of my own three tennis matches for the week tomorrow afternoon....

Just finished 30min of MIIS. Walked the stairs by twos at the field. Wore tis sweet FINAFLEX hoodie to get the sweat going.

Scarfed down my last meal of the night and now I wait for sleep to creep up.
 
About forty eight ounces into my water for today (been awake an hour) and I'm already pissing up a storm lol. Should be a fun day :)
 
I am absurdly late on this but in for the rest of the ride. Fantastic progress in here you are definitely looking ready to kill the competition.

Nice to see a log with some solid clean meals throughout as well. & lots of information on supps, diet, training, posing, etc.

Yeah Steve, he is really coming together nicely. I can not wait to see the final package. When he fills up nice, dry and tight as a drum he is going to be extremely impressive. Definitely excited for him.

I had pizza for my post workout meal and let me tell you it was a let down. Was a post contest get together at a club and the promoters bought Russo's New York Pizzeria for us but they got the big 30 inch ones and they were cold by the time we got there. BOO!!!!!

The pancakes sound good though.
 
I've noticed at each show my mind kind of changes from the week leading to, to the day of what I want post show. Last year for some reason all I wanted was watermelon (wtf?) like a pregnant woman. Last show I really wanted ice cream.

I really don't have a care for either of these regularly.

I ended up smashing a ton of cookies on the walk to the car with a Pepsi, cake when I got back to the hotel and then went to red robin for the colossal burger and appetizers
