Molecular Nutrition's Peak Beta And Reggie's GVT

Trained biceps today. Got a great pump by including some drop sets.

Standing Db Curls
40x10x2
50x10 drop 30x10
(60x8 drop 30x10)x2

Standing Straight Bar Curls

Strong numbers! Nice job.

Today's training was shoulders. Had some pain in my right shoulder on the negative portion of seated Db presses so kept it light.

Seated Db Press
30x10x2
40x10x10

Seated Side Laterals
25x10x4

Front Raises
35x10x4

Seated Shrugs
Kept these light and really focused on the squeeze at the top.
50x10x3

Facedown Incline Front Raises
20x10x6

The face down incline front raises, I used to do those with an ez bar. Totally forgot about those, I'm going to throw those in next time

Shoulder pain always a b*tch. I have been struggling with it on and off for a couple of years now. Funny though, Breezy mentioned that MD training could help that, and in fact it has tremendously.

I used to have a ton of shoulder pain, working on building rear delt and rotator cuff helped as did working on/being mindful of my postures both when lifting and otherwise.

Supplement wise, Joint Force and Joint Help have been the best for me.

I'm going to be looking into that training soon.

Does any other lift hurt your shoulder?(lat raises, upright rows)

Not at all actually. Haven't had shoulder pain in quite awhile.

It could've been a posture issue honestly as generally my shoulders don't bother me. For me it's usually elbows and wrists.

I haven't had shoulder pain in a while. For a couple months I focused a lot on OHP, stayed away from heavy bench while at the same time changing my bench form (to a more arched back/lat help), and that seemed to have helped.

I think you'd like MD.

Joint help, Achillies and SuperCissus have all helped me with this regard as well.

I think all the rear delt work and 'band over and backs' that Meadows utilizes, have had a significant impact. Working on posture.

Achillies looks good, I'll have to try that one. Working on pressing form is also a big one, have a very erected spine and tightly contracted lats.

So I've been really slacking on updates. Sorry guys training has been going good. I've been so busy during the day that I've had to train late at night. Another bonus with Peak Beta is that I can take it before late night training and doesn't keep me awake all night :D

Have the day off from any kind of work so hit up chest right away and going to take my little girl to the park.

In Ohio we are supposed to get 5 to 7 inches of snow tonight. Mother Nature needs some male attention! Oh, and Reggie is getting ripped!

Supposed to get a crazy blizzard today. Snowing now and wind about blows you over. Really hoping it doesn't turn out like the one we had in October that knocked power out for almost 4 days. Training back today.

Stay safe brother, hopefully the power isnt effected this time around!

Thanks bro, it wasn't near as long as expected, didn't get much snow at all and the wind died down around 3. Ended up making it to work no problem. Everyone was preparing this time around though so stores were nuts last night

So I ended in an argument with my wife before training but after I had taken Peak Beta. Really pushed me through a good back day.

Full Range Pulldowns

Seated Rows

Nice work Reg, and I'm glad that the snow wasn't as extreme as predicted.

Sorry to hear about the argument, but no better and healthier way to feel better than exercise! Way to not let it set you back from a great lift.

Thanks RJ, I wished it would've been our "end of the winter storm" that we always get sometime in March or April. That way we'd be done with it. I have a feeling we are gonna get hammered soon.

Awesome back workout Reggie! You definitely hit it from every angle

Great workout brother.. consistently killing it.

Thanks fellas!!

Thanks bro, I hate arguing about silly things but it does make for good motivation

You think you'll still get hammered this late?

The snow seems to be over for us in Denver for this year... maybe a really light flurry soon, but I cant imagine much else hitting us this year.

I know a lot of other states have had an unusually rough winter, ours was fairly normal thankfully.

I love Denver! We go down every six months to take my daughter to see her specialists. I've been trying to talk my wife into moving down there for awhile now.

Lol I said that without looking at the forecast... snowed last night a few inches and now its bright and sunny today and it has all melted.

Colorado is nice for sure, hard to beat. The real estate is expensive though, which stinks.

Getting down to the end of the bottle :( not looking forward to training without Peak Beta+.

Trained chest at home today. I'm really noticing an aggression when training. I'm very interested in how the reformulated Peak Beta will be, I can't imagine how awesome it will be with a stim added.
