crazy day, had 2 workout sessions and also had to attend a Aerobics class for one of my health classes. The instructor slayed us, no mercy, i cant feel my calves lol
my last box squat and actual squat was 393 and 425 making about a 30 pound carryover from box squat to regular. so im guessing my squat is somewhere up around 440-445 with my box squat of 415.
im trying to bring down the volume of work being done too so i might combine my re upper day with my DE lower day so i can focus more on running. lets see what happens
