crazy day, had 2 workout sessions and also had to attend a Aerobics class for one of my health classes. The instructor slayed us, no mercy, i cant feel my calves lol

my last box squat and actual squat was 393 and 425 making about a 30 pound carryover from box squat to regular. so im guessing my squat is somewhere up around 440-445 with my box squat of 415.

im trying to bring down the volume of work being done too so i might combine my re upper day with my DE lower day so i can focus more on running. lets see what happens
 
wow yeah salsbury had some speed on that team. we lacked color and that kind of killed us on the edges later in the playoffs. We had a huge team this year and are only losing three guys (one of which an all American and two all conference). good luck with your program. i guess its good weve been around for over 75 years.

if you have a running sled, and you really hate yourself then try getting down in a sprint position (like being in the blocks) and push that sh*t. hardest thing you can do with it i promise.

will move the sled weight up to 140 friday

also im combining DE upper and lower days, will be don on thursday
