Day 4. 181.2. 50mins fasted cardio.

Alright Cordygen is the sh1t. I noticed much more cardiovascular endurance this morning than typical... in fact, 50mins is a new PR on the elliptical lol.

Keto diet started today. I'm fcking starving.
What is this thing you call cardio?
 
Someone said the *gasp* "C" word.... queue mysterious music, the thud of an object dropping to a wood floor with a slight ::: echo ::: but sincere deadness and purposeful yet strange quiet to follow. Footsteps... fast paced, a door opens then closes firmly with a clap! and sudden lock snap.

I then lay down until this whole nightmarish episode of "The Cardio" is over.. and it's once again safe to come out of my room.

I'm still considering tbol and cruise dose of test for 6-8wks.
 
I am about 4.5 weeks into MK and 2.5 weeks into LGD. So far I am not noticing a huge jump in BF%, and my appetite is relatively under control, except on workout days, then it does go a little nuts.

I took bloodshred this morning before doing cardio... honestly I think it kicks me into keto.

3 weeks ago I took it for the first time and went on a jog, fasted... I threw up about 5 mins into the jog and felt all fcked up, low blood sugar etc. I got home and pissed on a stick and walla, I was in keto

Also my carbs have been low and "clean" doing his carb cycling thing before hand

Yeah I've got BCAAs and HMB. I take 1g of HMB first thing in the morning then the other 2g spaced out with meals

I don't take BCAAs pre or during workouts... on fasted cardio days, I don't want the Yohimbine in the bloodshred to become nullified.

I will drink BCAAs with meals that have less than 30g of protein or in between meals

I meant beforehand so your stomach isn't empty and you have nutrients going to your muscles.

I can't do fasted work too much. It makes me super sluggish to the point of the workout feeling useless. Tglhats actually why I bought the Xtend Perform. I don't need it for muscle endurance or recovery. Just the nutrients so I don't barf on a cute girl.
 
I could feel the Cordygen today. I normally get winded around the 5th rep when doing squats above 225lbs. I didn't really get winded this morning...

Nice work, man! These are definitely the type of work that makes Cordygen shine. My lift days are fast paced circuit. So literally, I get a boost from Cordy every day. But a typical lift isn't going to benefit from it nearly as much.

That hairygrandpa tire is going to be gone before you know it! :-)
 
Day 5. Weight 180.2. ~1hr AM lifting.

Chest/Back/Abs

Incline DB Press: 50x10, 60x9, 60x9, 65x7

Incline Flies: 30x12, 35x12

Incline Hexpress: 35x12, 35x12

Bent Over BB Rows/Dips Supersets: 135x10/12, 185x7/15, 205x4/14, 155x9/10 155x10/10

Cable Rows/Bench Supersets: 140x12/175x3, 160x10/165x4, 180x8/155x5

Tbar Rows: 90x15, 135x10, 135x5 (lower back spasms)

Lat Pulldowns: 105x10, 95x12, 95x12

Seatbelts: 50x10

Abs: bench crunches & ab roller


Definitely felt a little weaker today and hope I get keto adapted soon. I was still moving pretty quickly between sets which I think is due to the Cordygen...

Anyway, bloat is going down as is weight.. definitely losing glycogen stores and feel flat.
 
I like BCAAs pre and Carbs/BCAA/EAAs during. I don't have time to have a meal beforehand, and I would like something for my body to run on.

I always have a meal before lifting... BCAAs will spike insulin making yohimbine ineffective, which is why don't take any pwo on cardio only days..

Also, I use to take BCAAs during but that sh1t got expensive. I like to take them in between meals when my protein is low... like today I only had 162 grams of protein (I normally have 200+) but I took BCAAs in between meals

I also take 3 grams of HMB ed split at meals
 
I will read more, but I believe the spike negligible. And I can't imagine it being more than a whole meal. I dunno. I am no worse for the wear if that is happening.

Although it's negligible, it will still nullify Yohimbine. I wish I had source info... we need The Solution to chime in.

He likes to train on just BCAAs and he'd definitely know what is going on. I just heard about training fasted and those that do using BCAAs to help make it more productive. We are probably majoring in the minors, though.

I usually have a bowl of instant oatmeal and some Greek yogurt with berries pwo. Lol writing that got me salivating im so fcking hungry haha

I am getting ready to start a mini cut involving carb cycling on Monday. As much as I want my legs even bigger, I really need to have my high carb day on my chest day. So I am looking at 150-180ish or so on my moderate days, 100 a day on the weekends, and probably 400+ on the refeed day. The first week, though, will be all moderate days. It will be I interesting to do it again.

Any kind of spike or food presence around yohimbine will diminish the effects. They are best noted on a complete 100% empty stomach. no BCAA's etc.. Remember any protein source, any carb source, and fat source makes an insulin spike. While protein and fat sources are much smaller then a carb source it is still present, and tarnishes the effects of Y. If you are going to use Y, wake up take it (conjunction with caffeine to help increase the effects of Y) and rock out LISS Cardio (not HIIT). Doing HIIT in a fasted state is a sure way to lose muscle and fast. Remember LISS taps fat reserves, which you expand when you do LISS cardio. When doing HIIT you utilize glucose. Which you will not have much of in a fasted state. Sure you may have some carry over from the night before depending on nutrition. but as people diet they are pretty much in a deficit where glucose is burned up pretty fast (depdning on if you do a low carb or high carb diet). So again a lot of variables thrown into the puzzle and fire here.

Best advice:
Wake up dose Y and do LISS (combine with caffeine to enhance its effects on stubborn fat)
Don't eat until after cardio is done.

If you ever read any of Lyle McDonald's books (Stubborn Fat protocol 2.0) it goes into HUGE detail on this.

I woke up at 178.4. Dropping the water weight fast... I totally forgot how unbelievable I feel when doing a keto diet.

Crazily, libido has been way up. It's been abnormally low since my last cycle.

Also breakfasts like this are unbeatable

It's a mini run. I remember being tired the other time I did it, but it was effective for me. I am hoping to get a nice glance at how fast I can burn fat. Then maybe I won't have to diet as long. That is the hope...hehe

Lol considering we have basically the same body type and everything else, my guess would be very fast even in a slight deficit.

Yeah that happens to me on occasion.. especially with my Dexedrine. 15mg of Yohimbine is as high as I'll ever go... I get thinking I'm gonna die if I take more. I use to it be able to go higher than 10mg

I love alpha y as well. Nice to find out I have been using it wrong this whole time.....lol

I think so as well. I am pretty sure I am going to be able to diet down at over 3000 cals a day....haha

Lol no you wouldn't... I have just as hard of a time gaining LBM as both of you guys.. it all just goes to BF. Even with training smart and eating right on anabolics, I gain minimal muscle tissue and put on BF.

Next cycle: T3 and metformin are going swimming in the pool

Also haven't fully decided what I want to run. It's between 8 wks of test/var, 8wks of test/tbol (test dosed at 300mg/wk), or 12 weeks test only at 500mg/wk

I wanted to hit arms after shoulders but ran out of time... I've got a couple "honey do" projects around the house. I think I'll hit arms tomorrow morning and do legs in the afternoon.

Cordygen is the sh1t. If you all haven't tried it you need to give it a shot. I understood why habajaba uses it as a staple supp... I think it's very versatile and can be used in a cut or bulk...

I will definitely add it into my future pcts...
